Words can't even describe how grateful I am that she was the one guiding me through this journey. She taught me helpful techniques, supported me through the challenges I faced after my hysterectomy, and helped me navigate chronic health issues with so much patience and compassion. I have never felt so genuinely heard and cared for by a provider. Her kindness and expertise made such a huge difference in my healing. Terrible and highly unprofessional experience at Marketplace Physical Therapy in Chino Hills…read more I had a 3:00 p.m. appointment and received a message asking me to check in early at 2:35 p.m. I completed the check-in on my phone and received confirmation. When I arrived around 3:10 p.m., the front-desk employee, A.H , was speaking with an elderly patient, so I respectfully waited. I also tried the kiosk, which confirmed that I was already checked in. Meanwhile, a therapy aide called me inside and instructed me to begin warming up. Before I could start, Amaya called me back and demanded to know whether I had checked in. When I explained that I had already checked in electronically and that a staff member had called me inside, she spoke to me in an extremely rude, confrontational, and disrespectful manner. She repeatedly accused me of arriving after the cutoff time and questioned how I went inside "without checking in," even though their own kiosk confirmed my check-in and their employee had called me back. I understand that I arrived approximately 10 minutes after my appointment time, but that does not justify being spoken to aggressively or treated as though I had done something dishonest. The situation could have been handled calmly and professionally. I asked to speak with a manager, but none was available. A PTA named (L)spoke with me, but initially seemed more focused on defending the staff and repeating that I was late than listening to what had actually happened. He eventually apologized. I also requested the name of the aide who called me inside, but the staff refused to provide it. This office needs better communication, customer-service training, and accountability--especially at the front desk. Patients should be treated with basic dignity and respect, even when there is a scheduling disagreement. I am requesting that management investigate this incident and contact me directly.

In the middle of my treatment I was told I could no longer schedule appointments because the clinic didn't have a doctor and I needed my evaluation and they didn't know when they would have one . I asked if I could just continue with my treatment and I would pay without my insurance because I really wanted to continue my therapy and told no , I don't understand that. I kept calling the West Covina location and was finally sent to the Rancho Cucamonga clinic. I met with the Doctor whom I thought was doing my evaluation to send to my insurance, we discussed what was going on she felt my arm and that was about it , said I would receive a call in a week or so. I never received a call. Patients should never have their treatment interrupted because of staffing or management issues. The lack of communication and follow up was unprofessional and without the care I needed . Stay away from Transit Physical Therapy.

The staff provides individual attention to each and every patient, and even when not directly interacting with a patient, are always keeping a watchful eye to ensure assigned exercise are being performed correctly to avoid further injury. I have never received better care, or had a more caring and dedicated physical therapist. He and his staff make patients feel like family and everyone cares about your well being. Gregg and his staff don't just give you exercises, they monitor progress, make sure they are being done properly, pay attention to how your body handles things, and are consistently adjusting your program to best work with your body.
