Easy going staff, physical therapy was helpful. I learned ways to care for me for after care hours. I believe they do a good job overall.

I came in with little expectations but the staff were lovely and helpful and patient and consistent in those ways over the 12 visits that I had with them. They made sure that I was taken care of and comfortable even though I started off in a lot of pain. I still have flare ups of pain here and there but I have become a lot more aware of the limitations I have before I force myself into a position that can result in pain or further hurt/injury. Definitely appreciate this place, just trust the process! read more

I have just completed my first 12 weeks of the therapy. The physical therapists and all of the staff have been absolutely amazing and helping me with my recovery. It is a process and how much strength I've gained within this 12 weeks is good. I have more to go but the progress I've made I'm very happy with. I highly recommend them for anyone after an injury. Everyone is very professional and they really know what they're doing and how to get your body back to what it once was. There is a bike pedal that you use and the recommended is four bars to achieve and for the first time today I reached one bar. I was so excited. When I first got there, I could barely pedal with my arms at all. It was amazing. read more

I absolutely loved working with the staff at the Riverside location. I went to PT there for 7 months following surgery and they helped me so much! I initially went in in so much pain & even though my road is still long & I'm not finished yet, I have gained so much muscle and I have a ton of tools in my tool box of low impact movements to continue to utilize. The place is EXCELLENT. Doug the Manager is caring and knows his job, he speaksin laymen terms. Alicia "Boss Lady" is upbeat friendly and ALWAYS pleasant she welcomes you at the door. Jaz is friendly, professional and so nice, she will assist you in her kind way. Matthew will make sure all machines and chairs are cleaned after each use. Steve is my main man, he pushed me to get better he expressed to me the CORRECT way to do the exercises. The girls in the front desk are super friendly and efficient at what they do. They work hard to get you in and out all the time. Correct address is 10116 Indiana ave Riverside CA i went for the first time referred by my lawyer I got there at 8:30 am and they didn't have my paper work ready .... 45 minutes later I was still waiting very unprofessional overbooked and the receptionist is a smart mouth. Definitely not going back I left without being seen took me 2 minutes to sign the paper work and 40 minutes to wait for someone to evaluate me. read more

West Star Physical Therapy: I was referred to West Star Physical Therapy on 10116 Indiana Ave. Riverside, Ca. 92503 by my doctor and I would like to share my experience there. When I first got there Doug the administrator was very, very, nice. He greeted me with so much kindness and concern for my health that I immediately liked him. Doug did not judge me about my medical situation and he assured me that he along with his staff will do whatever they can to help relieve me of my back and neck pain. The staff of West Star - Alesia, who is the receptionist was very nice and professional and always had a smile on her face. Thank you Alesia for being so sweet. Steve, Jasmine, Vanessa, the whole physical therapist staff were friendly and professional and they really care about their patients. When my treatment was over I left West Star feeling a lot better than when I first went there. I was taught exercise methods to use at home, and I feel confident that I will be able to live my life pain free soon, so I can get on with my life. Being a nurse I an critical about the care I receive if not appropriate. I have only positive comments about this office and the superior care. They exceeded my expectations, were compassionate, professional and the bonus, I never had to wait. I had so called PT and my workers comp MD office where they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Here I get an hour plus of real therapy. You are not rushed. If they had done my pre op therapy I would not of needed surgery.
