Jasmine and Livy have been wonderful helping me with my exercises! They are kind and knowledgeable! I have worked with Jamie and Lisa for both my back and knee. They have been so helpful, encouraging and interact with me on such a personal level, asking about my life and my family. They are both so knowledgeable in their field and do a great job explaining the therapy they are using, asking lots of questions about how I'm doing so that they can give me the care that is best for me on my healing journey. These guys are great! Patrick was very attentive and the intake/initial session was very encouraging. I have had chronic pain in my ankle from an injury that occurred several months ago that has not properly healed. Patrick took the time to find out what happened to me, what has been going on since, and responsive to my limitations. He was encouraging about how I can heal and recover. He asked several questions, provided a gentle massage of my injured ankle and then had me do some minor exercises, in order to slowly (and eventually more rigorously) increase my physical therapy exercises to achieve recovery. I have been to a different physical therapy company in the past, but Body Basics, specifically Patrick (but even his aides) has been amazing. I am very encourage about positive results and their team motivates me to continue my treatment. read more

Friendly, comfortable environment. Great Physical Therapists and Aides to assist you. I can't say enough good things about them. I started with Ryan, before he moved to the Eastvale office, for work on my lower back, neck, knee and shoulder. Yes, I was a wreck!! Team Ryan and A.J., Ryan's aide, were great. I got stronger in my supporting muscle groups. And I was not in pain doing the therapy. Once I had knee surgery, I continued therapy with Matt on my knee and shoulder. Matt is like a Zen Master. He listened to my concerns and addressed them as he tailored my therapy to my needs. 4 months after knee surgery, I am running on the treadmill and climbing stairs like I'm in high school. I am 53 yrs old. All of their staff is so helpful, nice and verbally interactive. The environment they have in the office feels like a family run business. That starts with Carmen, who is a princess. She is usually the person you will talk to when you call or first walk into the office. Everyone is so great and my treatment has me feeling better and stronger than I have in years. SO glad I found Body Basics! I was looking for pelvic floor therapy following the birth of my second child, which is sadly a bit hard to find, but I found Jaime and she was fabulous to work with! Jaime is so educated, informative, and always remembered the details about my pain, treatments, and progress markers. I'm already feeling such a big improvement after about 6 weeks of visits & have been given a full list of at-home exercises to continuing progressing. I loved working with Emilia, Jaime's PT aide - super sweet, caring, always made sure I felt comfortable with the exercises and was very patient with explaining everything. Everyone who works here is super friendly. Elaine provided great customer service from the first time I called with a list of questions :) to scheduling each visit and calling with reminders at times. One time after I left an appointment, I stood by my car for about 15 minutes doing some work emails in the parking lot before heading home to my kids...and Carmen came out to check on me just to make sure I was okay and not having any car troubles. Been here twice for basketball related injuries over the past 8 or so years. Service is great, quick and have had a great experience all around. Ryan and Katrina were the reason why I am back playing in a basketball league at full strength. They go out of the way to give assignments and related material that can help my understanding and training. I have been bringing my daughter to Body Basics Norco for 2+ years and the experience has been wonderful. My daughters PT and assistant have used the lastest techniques and exercises that she is able to maintain at home between visits. We never feel rushed or like we are part of an assembly line. My daughters PT listens and identifies what the need of the day is for her and dedicates his time to her. I have been to three area PT clinics. None of them were bad, but this one is the best. They care about your progress. Good atmosphere, happy clients and therapists. I have been to Physical Therapists before, so I wasn't "tickled" about going to another PT when I sustained a new injury. Body Basics, and my DPT Ryan, changed my mind. Fell in love with the place and the people! All of the staff are friendly & personable; they go out of their way to help you in any way possible & make you feel like family, not just another client. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me recover and beyond. I had finger injury for few months but thought it would get better on its own. Finally Googled and found Body Basics closest to my house with decent reviews. I was feeling a lot better after each treatment session. About 80% after first week, second week around 90-95%. I was pretty surprised how fast the recovery was since it was bothering me for so long. I wished I visited sooner. read more

After a few months of physical therapy with Shawna she told me that PT wasn't going to heal my knee. She recommended taking it easy for a few months with ice and PT exercises at home because she knew I was hoping to avoid surgery. After a year (not much time for a torn meniscus) I'm back to running with no pain or swelling. They're honest, helpful, and they make you feel comfortable.
