I am so incredibly thankful for Brockton Physical Therapy, but especially for Hailee. Pelvic floor therapy was something totally new and honestly a little intimidating for me, but Hailee made me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for from day one. Words can't even describe how grateful I am that she was the one guiding me through this journey. She taught me helpful techniques, supported me through the challenges I faced after my hysterectomy, and helped me navigate chronic health issues with so much patience and compassion. I have never felt so genuinely heard and cared for by a provider. Her kindness and expertise made such a huge difference in my healing. All of the staff at Brockton have been wonderful as well, and I'm just so grateful that this is where I ended up for my care. Website not updated. I went to my Primary Care Provider to get a referral since it says on their website they have Pelvic Floor Therapy and they accept my insurance. When my referral finally arrived, I called this clinic and they said they don't do Pelvic Floor anymore and I should go to my doctor again to pick another clinic. Such a waste of time. read more

Honestly was a waste of time and money coming here. I only saw the actual PT on my initial visit and never again in the next 3 weeks I went, and he did not listen well. You only get treated by PTAs, who are different each appointment, who are also treating 5 other people at the same time as you, who barely show you what to do & how to do it, set a timer with a beeper, leave you, and then when it beeps someone comes back and it's just that for the next 30 minutes. There is a lack of care, they provided no step by step treatment plan, and once you're done with the appointment the PTA doesn't say anything and just moves on to the next person. You might as well google what exercises to do for your symptoms and save your co pay and be better off. read more

Awful service and office communication. Terrible availability for appointments. Rude office staff. Waste of time, do not come here. The therapists here are nice, but I was seen here for therapy for years with no relief or improvement of my symptoms. I cannot say enough about Brockton Physical Therapy. With Trevyn at the helm and his expertise and years of experience makes things run smoothly. This trickles down to the PT's and PT assistants. For example, one time there was this elderly patient who was having trouble doing the exercise and got frustrated and started to cry, but PT Diane came along side of her to bear her burden with her and showed compassion and empathy until she was ready to try again. In addition, my favorite PT Ashley who works on me is the life of the party. She's sassy and very energetic but knows her stuff and knows how to give pain to counter the pain so you will be feeling relief the next day. The rest of the Crew I do not know by name but they are all amazing and make up the vibe you feel at Brockton Physical Therapy. My son recommended Brockton PT, after he had such great progress coming for two different injuries.I've been coming for the last few months and when I first came, I could barely walk. The amount of different processor is the best place to use this for rehabilitation is absolutely amazing. And every staff member I have come in contact with has been kind, educated, and very experienced. Overall, a very positive experience. The Certified Therapist at Brockton Physical therapy exceeds far beyond my expectations. They were very professional , yet extremely caring. My S/O had knee replacement surgery. This place and its owner Trevyn Dispain should not be allowed to work with the public and I will be making a formal complaint to both Blue Shield and The Prospect Medical Group on my multiple experiences. They charge your insurance a "specialist" rate, BUT have some intern start an exercise to then leave to start 4 other clients. I.E. there is NO specialist other than the initial intake and these interns are handling 3-5 people at a time and not monitoring anything you are doing. So I complained and got a PT named Rachel who is good but hard to schedule. I had to get an appointment two weeks in advance and then they give you a "ten min" late cushion but schedule another client 20 mins into your appointment. Therefore, that brings us to today--I have an appointment of which I was 11 mins late and I called to let them know I will be one single minute past the ten you are allowed and the owner fought with me in the lobby in front of multiple patients that I could not be seen by Rachel. Why because her next client was early????? I could go on about this unprofessional tool, but hey go ahead and use these people if you want to never have anything but an intern see you and have your insurance changed for a medical specialist. read more

Everyone at Brockton PT is fantastic. From Valerie at the front desk to all the PT assistants (Dale, Tanya, Andrew, etc.) and of course the fantastic physical therapists. Special thanks to the Big Cheese - Trevyn :), and Jess and Canda - all incredibly talented physical therapists who really know their stuff and are awesome, compassionate human beings as well. I attended over two dozen appointments and was very, very rarely kept waiting. And once in, no one was ever in a rush to get me out the door. The proof was in the results, though. Brockton PT took me from "major limp" to "no limp" after major knee surgery in just 2 months. I cannot thank them enough! read more

I went in for what my doctor described as achilles tendinitis although I had my doubts as I had a single point of pain, not in an area. As I have a background as a strength coach I went in saying I thought it was a bone spur and could they look at it and confirm my thoughts. After 6 PT sessions the pain was worse than when I went in...basically that was 6 weeks of wasted time. The therapist in the end did conclude she thought it was a bone spur and that therapy won't help....this was after I kept asking. I went to a orthopedic specialist and after five minutes they x-rayed it and found the bone spur and he had me on a treatment that worked right away. Brockton Physical Therapy keeps calling me asking me if I want to come back and I tell them no, I'm fixing the problem another way. Added to this they just sent me a bill because there was an insurance mistake...so now I owe another $60 to this place that made my problem worse. I will NOT go back to these guys. read more

I wasn't sure what to expect of this place since my insurance doesn't always send me to the "most desirable" doctors. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention, skill, dedication, and friendliness of this place! I really enjoyed coming to see them twice a week and my headaches/neck pain from a car accident diminished. My therapist was Rachel, and she worked on both my husband and myself (He had an ACL replacement last year). She was funny and encouraging and I felt confident under her care. The other PT aides/techs were so caring also. Appointments were always easy to make and Valerie was informative and helpful in dealing with my insurance questions. read more

I wanted to personally thank the staff. Since our first visit they were welcoming, compassionate and informative. They took their time to know our medical history and treat our aches and pains. My husband and I both were being treated for different issues.Unfortunately my insurance has changed network, and now we no longer able to see them. We are so disappointed. read more

The staff is awesome the reason for 3 stars is I'm disappointed with the lack of communication regarding billing. I finished my therapy and then I received a hefty bill. I should have been advised upfront or been charged weekly or monthly and not a huge bill after therapy. read more

Brockton PT is very professional, efficient, and thorough. I have been seen numerous times for a variety of different injuries and have always completed my goals for recovery with their excellent therapy. Trevyn has most recently worked with my knee replacement gone bad partially due to physical therapy under an HMO that was insufficient. I took my aunt her and it worked wonders, the one Star isn't for the business, but one of the employee if I recall her names Michelle, big girl walks like an oopa loopa. She rude as hell, how disappeared for a little bit (30 mins) and come back to us as if we got all day. And after paying for our session was another 30 mins it took forever not only that but her body language and manner was not acceptable, almost felt attack by her negative aura. Heavy breathing and stank breath is a big no. She was giving way too much attitude and on her phone way too much. like if you hate your job quit, don't drag us into your negativity and Don't waste our time, we here for one reason and one reason alone. She rolls her eyes a lot as if we say something wrong she lazy, and obnoxious her personality's shit, saw her smiling with her manager at one point and suddenly rolled her eyes again. Usually I think people have a rough day, but with her I think she had a rough personality in general. My aunt felt uncomfortable since she barely knew English and thought that Michelle was talking way too much and not getting enough done. Hopefully next time we would have a better employee read more
