Fantastic physical therapist! Very skilled at diagnosing my wrist pain, and exactly how to treat it. I highly recommend Rachel.

Gregg and his staff work tirelessly to understand your injury, limitations, and goals for recovery and work effectively to help you meet those goals. They clearly understand every patient is different and do not offer the common "one size fits all" philosophy of PT, and instead tailor a program suited to the needs and limitations of each and every patient. Patients range from young teenagers to octogenarians and everyone is treated respectfully and with equal importance. In getting to know patients, Gregg and his staff do an excellent job of incorporating humor into the recovery...afterall, "laughter is the best medicine." I have been to OPTI for treatment of several injuries, and each time Gregg and his staff have helped me achieve positive results. The staff provides individual attention to each and every patient, and even when not directly interacting with a patient, are always keeping a watchful eye to ensure assigned exercise are being performed correctly to avoid further injury. I have previously been to another PT business, and while it was helpful, the level of service, attentiveness, willingness to help reach my recovery goals, was not near as evident as the service provided at OPTI. Gregg also willingly provides input in helping you develop a maintenance program after you complete your PT prescription, to help limit future injury. I highly recommend OPTI to anyone in need of PT, and can say without hesitation, you will be receiving treatment from an excellent staff who takes a genuine interest in your ongoing improvement and recovery.

As a retired police officer, Gregg has helped me through numerous shoulder and knee surgeries over the past 31 years. I have never received better care, or had a more caring and dedicated physical therapist. He and his staff make patients feel like family and everyone cares about your well being. Gregg and his staff don't just give you exercises, they monitor progress, make sure they are being done properly, pay attention to how your body handles things, and are consistently adjusting your program to best work with your body. One of the other things that is a standout is the hands-on soft tissue work included with the therapy session. The quality of care and dedication from Gregg and his staff have been a true blessing.

Terrible and highly unprofessional experience at Marketplace Physical Therapy in Chino Hills…read more I had a 3:00 p.m. appointment and received a message asking me to check in early at 2:35 p.m. I completed the check-in on my phone and received confirmation. When I arrived around 3:10 p.m., the front-desk employee, A.H , was speaking with an elderly patient, so I respectfully waited. I also tried the kiosk, which confirmed that I was already checked in. Meanwhile, a therapy aide called me inside and instructed me to begin warming up. Before I could start, Amaya called me back and demanded to know whether I had checked in. When I explained that I had already checked in electronically and that a staff member had called me inside, she spoke to me in an extremely rude, confrontational, and disrespectful manner. She repeatedly accused me of arriving after the cutoff time and questioned how I went inside "without checking in," even though their own kiosk confirmed my check-in and their employee had called me back. I understand that I arrived approximately 10 minutes after my appointment time, but that does not justify being spoken to aggressively or treated as though I had done something dishonest. The situation could have been handled calmly and professionally. I asked to speak with a manager, but none was available. A PTA named (L)spoke with me, but initially seemed more focused on defending the staff and repeating that I was late than listening to what had actually happened. He eventually apologized. I also requested the name of the aide who called me inside, but the staff refused to provide it. This office needs better communication, customer-service training, and accountability--especially at the front desk. Patients should be treated with basic dignity and respect, even when there is a scheduling disagreement. I am requesting that management investigate this incident and contact me directly.

During this period I accidentally tore my rotator cuff (falling out of a hospital bed). I also suffered a pinched nerve in my neck. Once I was home, I spent almost 4 months working with the staff at Rancho Therapy getting the feeling back in my hands, and rehabbing my shoulder (which ultimately saved me from getting Rotator Cuff surgery). I can never thank them enough for believing in me, and for supporting me when I needed it the most!

I called the office for help with locating and was told that the Physical Therapist Im scheduled with isn't working that day and only works on specific days Also they don't offer PT services for TMJ. Not only was this a major inconvenience but they had my referral authorization for some time which means they had ample opportunities to cancel or correct the situation prior to the last minute on the morning of. I received a phone call from their office staff after the fact stating " We can schedule an appointment with a different Dr that is willing to try to treat you for TMJ but he's never done it before" "In their school and training they (Drs) are briefly taught on TMJ but he just never treated before." As I already didn't feel comfortable with this establishment, I didn't want to be a tester and more than likely make my Jaw worse. I declined and was then told "No one else treats TMJ! So, when you find out you can call us back". Afterwards I began receiving calls daily. I had to block their phone numbers and then decided to file a grievance. Because on top of the run around, rude arrogant comments and obsessive behavior their disgusting, inappropriate, un-professional assessment is beyond bothersome and offensive. Kissing, Hugging and Sexual activity has absolutely nothing to do with Physical therapy! Especially, when they don't offer treatment for TMJ! The fact this assessment exist specifically for a service not offered is a major concern on so many levels. For everyone's safety I recommend going else where.
