They were there, when I needed them the most... After suffering a Brain Bleed Stroke I spent 2 months in a Convalescent Hospital. During this period I accidentally tore my rotator cuff (falling out of a hospital bed). I also suffered a pinched nerve in my neck. Once I was home, I spent almost 4 months working with the staff at Rancho Therapy getting the feeling back in my hands, and rehabbing my shoulder (which ultimately saved me from getting Rotator Cuff surgery). I was referred for TMJ. The morning of my appointment I show up to the listed address and this place is no where to be found. I called the office for help with locating and was told that the Physical Therapist Im scheduled with isn't working that day and only works on specific days Also they don't offer PT services for TMJ. Not only was this a major inconvenience but they had my referral authorization for some time which means they had ample opportunities to cancel or correct the situation prior to the last minute on the morning of. I received a phone call from their office staff after the fact stating " We can schedule an appointment with a different Dr that is willing to try to treat you for TMJ but he's never done it before" "In their school and training they (Drs) are briefly taught on TMJ but he just never treated before." As I already didn't feel comfortable with this establishment, I didn't want to be a tester and more than likely make my Jaw worse. I declined and was then told "No one else treats TMJ! So, when you find out you can call us back". Afterwards I began receiving calls daily. I had to block their phone numbers and then decided to file a grievance. Because on top of the run around, rude arrogant comments and obsessive behavior their disgusting, inappropriate, un-professional assessment is beyond bothersome and offensive. Kissing, Hugging and Sexual activity has absolutely nothing to do with Physical therapy! Especially, when they don't offer treatment for TMJ! The fact this assessment exist specifically for a service not offered is a major concern on so many levels. For everyone's safety I recommend going else where. read more

The office staff and therapists here are amazing! I've never had any issues scheduling appointments.Tthey are always accommodating and organized. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the therapists take the time to explain everything clearly during each workout or treatment. They make sure you understand the purpose behind the exercises, which has really helped me feel confident in my recovery. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. I went in early to fill out paperwork and the process is slow and I have to sit there over an hour for my appointment went crazy about that because I have bad knees, so I don't like sitting too long to begin with. This physical therapist was good once I got into see her I just didn't like having to wait over an hour for my appointment. read more

Riverside Rancho Physical Therapy is not accomadating to disabled, not able to drive. I was informed they are not taking patients at the Riverside Office. In order to be evaluated/treated I would have to go to Rancho Cucamonga (22 miles away) and expensive for Lyft/Uber. Riverside PT office is 1.4 miles from home senior/diabled bus. Medical Group/Rancho PT needs to direct patient to closet facility. read more

I've been coming here for just about a year now. It's been a very difficult healing journey but Vanessa has been such an amazing part of it. There's something about a place that gets results and makes you feel comfortable. It's not the fanciest, some of their equipment is old. But fancy equipment do not equate results, it's personal work. This is the only place I have had results. This is my 4th attempt at rehabbing my back, and started to believe physical therapy is pointless. That is until I came to this place and notice my back pain improving. Shane, Abby and Felicity make you feel at home. Customer service is 5 Stars. It's sad to see negative reviews when I know personally, this is the best place I've been to. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is serious about results. They will overcharge you and keep your money. I sought services in March and they said I hadn't met my deductible so I paid what they said was due. I should have called my medical plan to confirm. Rancho P.T. were wrong and overcharged me by almost $250. On May 30th, they confirmed they owed me the money and could see that in their computer system. It is 5 months and 8 telephone calls later and I have yet to receive my $$$. On 7/2/18, Lauren, the Manager, stated she is the one to approve payments and she hadn't reviewed it yet. My health plan called on my behalf on 7/10/18, and spoke to Rachelle who could see the credit in their system and was sending it to Pat. She said Cindy would have a CHECK TO ME WITHIN ONE WEEK! Well, after one week had passed my health plan called them again on 7/26/18. Guess what? My health plan was told the refund was Authorized on 7/2/18, and I would RECEIVE A CHECK BY 8/18/18. RANCHO PHYSICAL THERAPY STAFFR MEMBERS ARE A BUNCH OF CHRONIC LIARS AND THIEVING SCOUNDRELS. My health plan has LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND YOU SHOULD HAVE YOURS DO SO TOO. read more

So my dad was referred to this place and since we live close by he wanted to check this place out and wanted to maKe an appointment in person since he had paperwork from his primary doctor, he got there and I guess there's like a ring door bell to get there but no answer, all he got wAs a hello ??? And they hung up on him. Ok..the hours says they're open and yet they're closed? My dad may sound like he doesn't know English but he knows and understands. so my dad called their number and they hung up on him there too. So messed up. I don't get it why they did that to him. I'm furious that-they treat him like that. I don't write bad reviews but for them to do that to my dad really messed up. I've called this place myself as well and no pick up, sounds like whoever is working doesn't like to speak to anybody on the phone or in person. I just read a review from a person that left one star. And I was shocked. I have been going to Rancho physical therapy on and off for 10 years. In fact they are not in my current group and I had to jump through hoops to get my insurance company to approve me to go to them because I think so highly of them. I've had a few injuries over the past 10 years and I've gone to them and have been extremely satisfied. And I emphasize extremely. I've been going to the one on Brockton in Riverside but I have been to a couple others. They are highly professional and I have been to other physical therapy places that are no good. In fact the reason I had to jump through hoops for my insurance company is I am only allowed to go to another physical therapy place and when I called twice to make an appointment they were extremely rude. Luckily my insurance company worked with me and I am now going to be going to Rancho physical therapy. If you want to be treated exceptionally well go to them. read more

Welll well well. This place is very dingy and there service is poor. They rather chat with each other and look at face book and personal text and photos. I was ask to show up at 8am for a 830 am appointment and had to wait 45min for basically sloppy therapy. They get not one star maybe a triangle at best read more
