About a year ago she need to be seen for her knee and get an MRI and never got the call back from the assistant, she had to reach out to Dr Mora on social media to get him to help her get scheduled. That was ridiculous. She loves Dr Mora because he is a great doctor but his assistant definitely brings that rating down. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. DeBottis and he wanted fresh X-Rays which are done at his offices. Dr. DeBottis knew exactly what I needed, a REVERSE SHOULDER REPLACEMENT SURGERY.
