This is now the 2nd time this has happened to her with Dr Mora staff. About a year ago she need to be seen for her knee and get an MRI and never got the call back from the assistant, she had to reach out to Dr Mora on social media to get him to help her get scheduled. That was ridiculous. She loves Dr Mora because he is a great doctor but his assistant definitely brings that rating down. We went to Emory ER and they found she needed a full mitral valve replacement . She had pulmonary hypertension where blood was backing up into her lungs, afib, and severe mitral valve prolapse.
