Over-priced candy with shitty customer service. I stopped at the airport to buy a gift for a friend. Paid $16 for an 8 oz. box of chocolates, which seemed like a lot, but there was little choice in the airport. The cashier couldn't work the credit card machine, and when I asked for a bag because my plastic bag was falling apart, she said no because they cost the store $0.25. WTF?

Sees has some yummy candy. It a really nice store with a good amount of items and super friendly staff. The only downside is the prices, but that's what you get at the airport, right?

Deb N.

They purposely put that store in front of the 70's gates where United is located. I fly United around once a month and the See's beckons me each time. It must be a busy place since they have stantions to control the lines, which I never see when I visit. The smell of chocolate, the sights of the white wrapped boxes and now the Easter candy out with their foil coverings...have to drop $5-20 bucks each time. Have to get gifts for friends and candy for the plane ride.

This is an actual See's candy store yet they don't offer you a free piece of chocolate with purchase. Lame.

I swear they make the bordeaux from powdered angels. This candy is like Heaven on earth. There is nothing else to say.

Didn't accept my See's voucher because they said the cost at the airport is higher than the stores outside

She hot chocolate that was topped with a marshmallow and was absolutely gushing over it the entire time. Beyond the drinks, the inside of this location is stunning. It's so chic and beautiful, from the gorgeous plants and large windows to the gold trim and chandelier. It is easily my absolute favorite location. It was the perfect way to wrap up an amazing day. I got the Nibby Horchata (dairy-free), which is made of almonds, hazelnuts, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, and rice, it came out within a minute, and I sat down to do some work. It was a tasty drink, at a good price point (for SF especially), though I do think some oat or cow's milk would have added some more robust creaminess. I think I'd try the iced chocolate chai next time! My friends loved their cacao smoothie and frozen mocha. The wifi is fast and reliable, the music plays softly in the background without being overwhelming (and the rest of the volume level is just low-level chatter, not too loud and not too quiet), and there's plenty of natural light. It's a wonderful spot!

I really like that you can choose exactly how many of each flavor you want in your box. I didn't realize that before, but it's a great option because you could literally get one of everything if you wanted to try them all. I chose orange, citron/lemon, caramel, earl grey, espresso, raspberry, and hazelnut. There was also a vegan raspberry option since the regular raspberry had sold out for the day, and honestly you couldn't tell the difference. It was delicious. I also tried the lemon in store, and the raspberry was my favorite. One small thing is that once they're bagged up, it can be a little hard to tell which flavor is which since they look pretty similar on the outside. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind if you're trying to remember what's what. The owner mentioned he's had the shop for 30 years, which you can feel when you're in there. He took the time to neatly tie up the box and even gave me two complimentary pieces. The shop itself is tiny and charming with a good variety of flavors. A friend of mine has been coming here since childhood, and now I understand the hype. I'll definitely be back.

Sophie at this location is a gem. Yes, she's knowledgeable, but more than that, she's genuinely kind and personable in a way that's increasingly rare. There's an intangible warmth to her that turns a quick visit into a moment worth remembering. All around fantastic experience today for my first stop at this location. One suggestion: I really wish they would offer frozen fruit smoothies here -maybe a super simplified version of their café offerings. It would do incredibly well. There's a clear market gap in the area with tons of foot traffic, and it would put something tangible in customers' hands to sip on while they walk around, keeping the unique chocolate experience that's offered at Dandelion at the forefront of the mind. The first time I visited this location, they were not yet offering tastings, (and the gal behind the counter was not very friendly nor feel approachable). This visit however, they were super nice & friendly, and they had samples. We left with some chocolate bars which we knew exactly what they tasted like. Of course, if you can, visit their bigger location in the Mission, where they have food and beverages on the menu. But if you're in PacHeights area, stop in to taste and pick up some delicious chocolates.

My husband loves ice cream. He could eat ice cream every day if he was allowed to, and if it wasn't so unhealthy, but that's beside the point. We both really truly enjoyed our little dessert. Coming from East Coast, prices are nothing too shocking but he was still a little bit surprised at the $23 price point. Gosh, but it was such a delicious treat. We wish it was a little bit bigger for $23 but I guess with tourism and inflation, that's what you get! I think in terms of value ...because it holds the nostalgia for me... I wouldn't mind coming back here every now and then for the treat, but I think for him he might be deterred by the price point. To each their own! Luckily, for him, we don't live anywhere close so there would never be a discussion of "Can we go here in the near future" anytime soon ! One thing to know about the restrooms is that it is outside and you have to go a little farther than you would expect to the end of the plaza Square and go down some stairs for the restroom, which are clean and fine, but it was a little bit more of a walk than you'd anticipate.
