Jonathan's Towing was extremely prompt and helpful when we had a flat tire. They had us on our way…read morequickly. We attended an all-day meeting and found one of the tires on the rental car had gone flat. Huge bummer, because we needed to get from San Marcos to the SD airport to catch a flight. Rental car roadside assistance would have taken too long, so we called AAA. AAA assigned Jonathan's Towing, and I am so glad they did. Once AAA let us know it had assigned Jonathan's Towing, it only took Harry about 20 minutes to rescue us, even though it was the start of rush hour. Harry put us at ease, quickly assessed the situation, and got everything fixed so we were able to get to the airport safely and catch our flight.

If you're looking for a reliable tow at a reasonable price, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RJ Auto Tech Towing…read more The owner, Juven, is also a mechanic - so he was able to diagnose my car problems while towing my car. Basically, my car overheated and broke down on the 8 East Freeway in Lakeside and I needed to tow my car back to Mira Mesa (North San Diego). One of my friends came to help and try to fix the problem, but my radiator was compromised and I needed a tow. I called a few towing companies. RJ Auto Tech Towing was the fastest to respond and the quickest to help me. I called and spoke directly with Juven (the owner) and he gave me a very fair price over-the-phone and was able to get to me within the hour (which is VERY FAST for a towing company). Unexpectedly, my friend's car had died with his hazards on for so long, and kindly enough, Juven had booster cables available to quickly jumpstart his car. Afterwards I told him exactly what happened, and since he is an Auto Technician with his own shop, he was able to diagnose my problem on the ride back to San Diego. Overall, I had a great experience with Juven an RJ Auto Tech Towing, and I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks again for the help, and for not taking advantage of the situation like other towing companies are known to do!
