He took lots of pictures inside and out for the car transport company--which protects both me and the company. He showed me how he uses straps rather than chains to protect my tires. Watching Mo work gave me confidence that my car will make it to its final destination in good shape. Too bad Mo can't tow it all the way--hopefully the next driver is as careful with my vehicle as he was. Highly recommend Habibi's Towing.

At the time, he was extremely apologetic, and I was understanding because accidents can happen. He took photos of the damage and assured both me and the staff at the motorcycle shop that he would take care of the repairs. What was disappointing was what happened afterward. Neither I nor the shop ever heard from him again. It became clear that he had blocked both my phone number and the shop's number. We confirmed this when a shop employee called from a different number and the driver answered. According to the employee, he became hostile, used profanity, and stated that he would not be paying for any of the damages because he claimed it was not his fault. As a result, I was forced to involve my insurance company to address the damage to my motorcycle. It's unfortunate because the experience started off positively, but the lack of accountability and communication afterward was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy towing service.
