This winter I was in a traumatic bike accident that left me with a broken vertebrae, rib, and strained rotator cuff. I had to take over a month off of work due to severe back and shoulder strain/pain. My body doesn't agree with narcotic pain medication and I needed an alternative. I'm a super active person (I bike every day, ski, go to the gym) and so my injuries took a heavy emotional toll on me, which Jessica always factored in to the treatments. I've been seeing Jessica for over a year for acupuncture and recently started trying her facial microneedling services -- I've had two sessions so far and am hooked! Jessica is not only professional but also incredibly attentive; she walks me through every step so I know exactly what's happening and what to expect next. The microneedling is gentle (feels a bit similar to a hydrafacial) and we've been building on intensity of the treatment in each session so it hasn't been overwhelming or scary at all.
