A spring broke on our garage door. Our door is heavy and we couldn't open it manually so we couldn't get our cars out. After several calls See Me was the only company that fit us in their busy schedule and said they'd be out within an hour (other companies couldn't come for 3 days!). Manny & his son installed the springs quickly adjusted and oiled parts and when I asked whether they could replace the bottom of the door rubber seal that had deteriorated, they had the seal and were able to install it immediately. All of the work was complete in less than 1/2 an hour and for a reasonable price. They were very nice too! I highly recommend this company! read more

Did an excellent job changing out very old garage doors for brand new, insulated doors. Replaced the old tracks and installed brand new, sturdy hi-lift tracks and wall mounted openers. Now there is so much more clearance overhead and the doors open and close so much better. New doors really have changed the appearance of the house and we should have done this years ago. my garage door was not opening. I called See Me Overhead Overheard and they came out right away. I thought I would need a new motor (garage opener) which would have been expensive. Instead of just saying yes that is what you need, after seeing the garage door would not open. they went the extra mile to try and see if there was anoth reason it would not open. it turned out the electrical socket was bad, so just needed to plug it in to a different socket. They also programmed our car to the garage door, so we could use our car to open the garage door. read more

I don't really have an option to not use these guys. The garage door has been a problem since we moved in last month. We called on Sat morning for service on a holiday weekend, and they won't be coming to fix the door until Thursday morning. There was no urgency or flexibility in getting an emergency appointment from Stacy, also why is this company SO busy fixing doors? Are all their doors faulty and in need of service? Why does this door keep malfunctioning... and by malfunctioning I'm referring to it raising by itself, and now the entire unit is powerless. The door had cracked and was bowing. In addition, the door was not square allowing cold air to flow into the side openings into the garage. Also, my garage door opening is not standard making finding a new door difficult! I called Tracy and she scheduled Many Sr & Many Jr to come out to fix the garage door opener and any necessary repairs. Many gave a very reasonable quote for a new steel roll up garage door including installation and removal of my old wooden door. The door was special made and installed in less than 4 hrs. They left my garage very clean and now I have a toasty and cozy garage with no freezing as the door fits flush with the opening. I needed to have a garage door opener replaced and ordered one thru the home depot and paid for the installation. Guy shows up hours late which wasn't a huge deal since I was home that day anyway but he takes one look at the unit and says - that unit won't work here - you don't have enough clearance. I pressed him and even asked is it that its more work or you are saying absolutely this until won't work period. Won't work - take it back and get a (different brand). Tom made one call to See Me Overheard and they came out (on time) and installed it no problem. The 90 day warranty doesn't mean anything. They had to come back out a few weeks after service and they charged us again for simple adjustments to previous work. Recently, I had some real technical challenges with the keypads and wireless remotes to operate our genie garage door openers. I'm tech savvy enough to know how to follow directions and instructions on how to reprogram these items.
