Jeff is hands down the best garage door repairman I've ever worked with. I've used him before and will continue to call him anytime I need help. He's honest, straightforward, and never tries to upsell or recommend work that isn't necessary. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. He shows up on time, explains everything clearly, and his work is solid and reliable. On top of that, he's just a great person -- an animal lover who took the time to play with my dogs and made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. If you want someone skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely kind, Jeff is your guy. Highly recommend! read more

Jeff was phenomenal! One of my garage door lift cables snapped, causing the entire door to tilt and get stuck. He came out the very same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired in no time. The work was fast, professional, and clean. I couldn't be happier with the service. I accidentally closed the garage door on my truck and slightly derailed the door. Jeff was very prompt in coming out to fix it and even identified another problem with one of the panels. Instead of pushing a new door on me, he had a much more inexpensive alternative. My garage door is working beautifully now! He never tried to rush me and even chatted with me for a while after the fix. If you want a down to earth and honest garage guy, give Jeff a call! read more

I had a broken spring. I called him at 5pm and he was there by 6pm. Wonderful service

Don't bother contacting any one else...no joke. Take the reviews you see seriously and just use Jeff. Amazing work and communication and just a straight forward guy. In a world of sales BS (that I deal with in my own industry) just use Jeff. No Ragrets! Not even a single letter. read more

When your garage door comes crashing down and you realize your spring just busted, it's really inconvenient! We called around to several highly rated Yelp contractors. One of them blew us off saying they "we don't fix your type of garage..." and another charged what seemed like a lot for replacement springs and then Jeff calls. What a breath of fresh air! He's been in business for over 30+ years and gave us the truth. His rates are very fair and reasonable. We scheduled for him to come and just like that got everything fixed up in no time flat. Super professional and personable. I would recommend him highly for all your garage maintenance needs. Even took time to try to adjust our garage door motor at no extra cost. Overall, a really nice, down-to-earth guy. Give Jeff a call! read more

We're so happy that Jeff was referred to us. He spent time on the phone doing diagnostics to confirm that our garage door motor/opener had died and wasn't simply a malfunction and then arrived promptly the next day with a new motor, installed and set it up with the programming of the various openers etc. Thank you Jeff. Great work! read more

WoW!!! I called this genuine gentleman Jeff, and I asked him about my garage door not opening, and I also asked him how much it is for new Springs. I'm not an expert, I had a previous company give us an insanely cost of 5 times the amount, and they took advantage of our kindness. This other company tried to bait and switch my wife for more money when I was at work, from $1200 to an additional $300 more, so ridiculous! Jeff charged me $325 to fix with materials included, I needed a bracket too for $125 total =$450 amazing. That is so honest and gave us great service! God bless this guy with his business read more

Jeff installed my new garage door opener yesterday and I am thrilled. Why? He was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. He was also friendly as an extra added bonus! Jeff was very patient in answering all my questions thoroughly. I asked him if he would program my car "button" and he had no problem doing so. I wanted an external keypad and he was able to do that in addition to the normal installation. I had a couple of items in the way of Jeff being able to get to my existing opener easily and he offered to move them for me. I'm a disabled senior citizen and this meant the world to me. Jeff is reliable, experienced, and honest. He is the right person for anyone's garage door needs. read more

After having my first garage door repaired completely wrong causing more damage than i started with, I started researching to find a really good repair or replacement service. My dad recommended me to Jeff because the same situation happened to him, someone came in and repaired his wrong and Jeff was able to fix it correctly. Do yourself and book with Jeff, he's reliable and straight forward and will get the job done right the first time. I'm a stickler for details. I noticed my garage was a bit misaligned due to an off-track wheel. Jeff did not minimize my situation and serviced my door the same day. In addition to installing a brand-new quality hinge, he lubricated the existing ones and straightened the track before he left...definitely going above and beyond. Thank you! read more

Based on the Yelp ratings I called Jeff yesterday to fix the opener on my 3rd car garage. He answered my call and came by my house within 90 minutes. Jeff explained that the opener was probably made around 1980 which means it could have been the original one for that door. He took the covers off and showed me that the teeth were pretty much stripped off the plastic gear inside. At this point he could have sold me an expensive new opener but instead he explained a workaround that wouldn't cost anything. He also showed me where to spray WD40 on my springs and rollers annually to prolong their life. What a breath of fresh air! An honest tradesman who wasn't going to gouge me. When I asked him how much I owed him for the service call he said nothing! I persisted and gave him cash for his time anyhow. Closing thoughts: Very impressed with Jeff's knowledge about garage doors and openers and his honesty. I will definitely use Jeff next time I have a problem and recommend him to my friends and neighbors. read more

I need to give a shout out to Garage Doors by Jeff for great and honest service. When we first moved into our home 3 years ago the top beam and panel of our garage door was bent. Two garage door companies said it was not repairable. Our real estate agent suggested Jeff. He came out and replaced the beam and straightened the panel for a very reasonable amount. Saving us hundreds of dollars on a new door. Today I had him out because I thought the rollers were worn and needed replacing. He inspected them and said they were fine. I then suggested he service the door since he was here. He said everything was fine just spray some WD 40 in a few spots. He said why pay him for what I can do? He was already in the area. This is one very honest repair person! I strongly suggest calling him if you have garage doors needs. read more

Garage door won't close because you scraped your car against it? Jeff fit me in despite it being 6pm and he fixed it within 15mins. He pushed the metal track back in alignment, secured the door trim back in place with fresh nails and lubricated the joints to the door. All this might seem like easy work but he knew how much to push and what exactly to do without breaking anything. read more
