They are very unreliable. Called us and gave a window from 11-1. Called at 12:50 to change the time 4-6pm. Called at 6:10 to say they weren't coming and wanted to come tomorrow. I got so many calls from them with conflicting information. One said he'd be there in 10 minutes, and the next one would say another 4 hour wait. Sounded half the time was a call center, and the other would be a cell phone. Each time would be a new phone number. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! There is no rating low enough for the owner of this business. I had him install an opener on my house over a year ago and everything is fine with that. I called him to install one on a rental unit and that's where things went wrong. I trusted him based on past performance and that's on me. The opener started to malfunction. I called him he went out and checked it and made it work for a couple of days. It started to malfunction again so I went to check it out told him what was happening and he said he'd order parts and call me when they were in. I called back after a week and was completely ghosted. After repeated messages on both phone lines and texts i went in another direction. Come to find out the opener he installed was used and not the brand I asked for. Straight outta Home Depot but at least five years old, with Parts from other openers painted to look new. About $600 dollars cheaper. The manufacturing date was even painted over with white paint. The only thing new we're the remotes. I looked on the state contractors board website and his license expired in January 2022. He ripped me off and is possibly doing it to many others. read more

Saw the guy in his truck on the road on my way home with all the graphics. Flagged him. 10 minutes later he is at my house. I was sure I needed a new opener mechanism or whatever it's called. I was looking at probably a grand. He looked at it, started working, adjusted some stuff, reconnected a wire, lubed some hinges, 30 minutes later everything worked like new. When I asked him how much - he said "just a $30 service call sir". He even helped me program 3 remotes I bought a year ago on Amazon and never got around to reading the instructions.
