My experience with "Your Garage Door Guys" was perfect! Brett first replaced my heavy old wooden door over 30 years ago, and has serviced it through the years. The door is perfect, the spring broke, which after so many years it was about time! I would not call anyone else. They came out two days after my call, and took less than that to replace the spring, and lubricated the parts at a reasonable cost. read more

Service was to replace old garage door opener. Service, quality and value for complete project! I've used them before and will forever call them for additional projects they can handle. Extremely reasonable in pricing also. read more

Your Garage Door Guys - My Google review! It's my YELP review too! - Garage Door Services Near Me - Simi Valley, California

Well, they were on time and polite. I'm not sure if this was just my particular situation, but for my job they wouldn't offer repair-they would only offer replacement. They gave me an estimate of $2400 for a job that in the end, cost me $150 - a quick repair done by a local family owned company. No shade on these guys- they just didn't offer the best solution for my particular issue. read more

Chris & Chris arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in minutes, offered solutions that made sense and had my garage door fixed up and running in about half an hour. They could have upcharged me or tried to sell me on a new and expensive motor. They didn't. Very happy with the results! read more

Great overall experience having two garage door openers replaced (one from 1996! Crazy!). Wendy is super awesome to talk to (and so knowledgeable) and Chris and his trainee (also Chris) were great on installation day. Looking forward to working with Your Garage Door Guys again in 12-18 months when it is time to replace both garage doors. Hopefully by then they'll invent doors that open up into the walls and ceiling like Star Trek. Maybe some lasers too. read more

I called Brent last night re: a garage door repair... the door was coming down halfway and then going back up. He showed up today on time, reviewed the issue and presented 3 different potential solutions with their corresponding prices. He also gave us his personal recommendation and did not try and force us to spend more money. He was personable, knowledgeable and he provided competitive pricing. We are very happy with the end result and we will use him again when it's time for a bigger job to be done. Definitely recommend him. read more

Had an issue with my garage door after installing a new opener -- cable came off and the door got out of alignment. Called in the morning and he responded quickly, showed up on time, and had everything fixed and properly balanced within about 20-30 minutes. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing. Fair pricing, no upsell, and a huge relief. Would absolutely call again. read more

We were very satisfied with using Your Garage Door Guys for our garage door replacement. Even at the beginning with getting a quote, Adrian patiently and thoroughly answered our questions and did not rush us. When scheduling, Wendy was very efficient addressing our questions, and even accommodated our immediate need to complete the work asap. The price was reasonable and costs were presented upfront with no unwelcome surprises. Adrian completed the work in about 2 hours and the new door looks and works great. The company Your Garage Door Guys, is an amazing business. Brent, the owner, gave us superlative customer service. It was a pleasure working with him and his entire team. Working with Wendy, who handles the office, was a pleasure. We love our garage doors and working with this company was terrific and made our entire experience effortless. Your Garage Door Guys is a quality company that represent first friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and ontime service windows. The app that is downloaded to your phone for the convenience of opening your garage door from your phone is wonderful. I experienced a glitch with the app and could not open my garage door from the app. I called the Your Garage Door Guys and explained the issue. Wendy who makes the appointments, gave me a service call window and sent out a service person. To my surprise is was the owner Brent and he was within the given time of service and in less than 10 minutes fix the problem. I am not tech savvy therefore I appreciated his knowledge and he explained how I can fix the app issue if it happens again. He went above and beyond in my opinion. The cost for the service was more than reasonable. read more

Brent, Adrian, and Wendy have all been a pleasure to work with. Since buying my home I've had some issues with the original garage door and motor. Ultimately I bought a new one and had it installed by Your Garage Door Guys. They have never been pushy with sales, they even gave me a recommendation on a motor that I got on sale from Home Depot and they were happy to install it. They are always on time and friendly. Brent just came out to help when my sensors became unaligned and helped to show me some basic troubleshooting for the future as well. They always go above and beyond to make adjustments and lubricate the proper parts for me as well. One of my 24 year old garage door openers failed. I texted Brent and got a response right away. We scheduled an appointment and ended up having a bad motor so we decided to go with a new LiftMaster belt drive unit. He had it cleanly installed in about an hour and it is working well. Brent's communication is excellent and his work is honest and fair. read more

My husband and I moved into a new home, and almost immediately the 30-year old garage door opener disintegrated. We called Your Garage Door Guys because my mom had been a prior customer. Brent called back immediately to schedule a consult (even though he was at an appointment with his child). Once we decided what we wanted (a new garage opener system and a new basic roll-up door), it was a matter of a week before installation. This company was quick, so friendly, and fair in the pricing. It was a smidge higher of a quote than another company we spoke to, but the customer service led us to Your Garage Door Guys. It's about a month in with our new system and we love it. Zero problems so far, which is more than we can say for other companies we've had to work with for the new house! Would absolutely refer this company. read more

It was time to replace my old garage door. Brent helped me select a replacement door that would be acceptable to my HOA. The door was ordered right away by Wendy and was ready to install within a few days! Adrian handled the installation which went so smoothly. The new door easily connected to my door opener which Brent had already replaced for me a few years ago. I am very happy. Thank you to this team for the best customer service! read more

The first part of my service started with I believe Wendy took my call in the office. She was very kind we even had a few Chuckles I figured at that point the other companies that I had called for a quote we're going to get the job just because she was so nice and I understood my garage door problem. She's able to get me an appointment the same day. I was not home when Brett came so my wife had the pleasure of dealing with him. Said it was very kind knowledgeable and got the job done. Our experience was fantastic and we would definitely use them again and refer them to friends. read more
