The 90 day warranty doesn't mean anything. They had to come back out a few weeks after service and they charged us again for simple adjustments to previous work. If you're looking for a guarantee you can count on, use someone else. We mentioned it, they ignored us they felt real good about over-charging and screwing us. Well it happened. Our garage door opener died in about sudden and final death. In a hurry we had to find someone install and replace our garage door opener. They arrived on time at ours house and were very professional. He looked at the garage door measured it up and gave us a complete price including everything. The price was excellent and we made and appointment for installation. They showed up on time and went to work immediately. Called on Saturday and Stacy returned my call on Sunday. I was amazed that they called on a weekend. Manny and Manny came out right on time Monday as promised. My wife selected the color and door and window style. Called Stacy to order door on Tuesday. Stacy informed us that door was available and that they could install it on Wednesday. My first experience with See Me Overhad was pre-Yelp days so I didn't have a chance to write a review then but I remembered that I was impressed enough with the entire service experience -- from showing up on time, to fixing the broken spring (the reason for the appt) and then spending a lot of time adjusting the door (a 2-car garage wood sectional door) to run more smoothly than it ever did, even when it was brand new. So I remembered to call them when my door wouldn't open yesterday -- I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and they (Stacey, if my memory isn't completely faulty!) said their first available appointment was Friday morning. I explained that my car stuck in the garage and no way to lift the heavy door without assistance from cables/springs). She said they would try to fit me in earlier and to give them some time to figure out the schedule. I got a call back an hour or two later and she said they would come out the next morning -- hopefully no later than 11:30 but almost certainly earlier, if they could. Manny & Manny showed up at 9:30am and went to work right away on the problem -- replacing both cables and adjusting the door to work even better than before. Manny and son came out to work on our garage door, the spun cable was off track and they were referred to us by our regular garage door guy who can't come out for 2 weeks. They repaired the bad cables on one door, lubricate and tighten nuts and bolt for the other 2 doors for $150. Yelpers, I recently had the springs replaced on my garage door as one of the springs broke and the garage door was stuck closed. It was a Saturday so I called another company based on good Yelp reviews and because the other company was open on Saturdays. I knew I was overcharged for the repair but I didn't know by how much until I called See Me Overhead to get an estimate. I found out that I was over charged by $175. I didn't call See Me Overhead initially because they weren't open on Saturdays. See Me Overhead installed my garage door many years ago and I should have been patient and waited until Monday morning to call them. Fantastic service. See Me Overhead is an excellent company. Manny was polite and professional. He ran a few diagnostics and decided that my cable needed to be loosened. He fixed my garage door operating system in about 20 minutes. He also fixed my exterior wall remote that another company said was beyond repair. Charged me $65 dollars for a service call. Well worth it. The other company I called took one look at my garage door and told me that I needed to replace the whole system for $1,050.00.
