I have gone back three times now in the last year and each time it is "obviously my fault":. The first time I went back, I was wearing them wrong down on my nose. The second time I went back, I was wearing them with faulty posture. The third time I went back I was given a new eye exam and told that I needed prism readers. The third time cost $105 for the exam. I am the guy who is wearing the glasses and I know what the problem is with this prescription. It's simply faulty and has been from the get-go. So much for carriage trade opticians. I'm definitely going back to the Cleveland Clinic for my eye exam.

In December most of all the inventory goes half price (not the Cartier). Making an appointment is the way to go, there's a lot of people stopping in and it can get kinda busy sometimes. Their website is very user friendly and allowed me to make appointments for the entire family in under 2 minutes. The calendar shows you all times that are available on your selected date, so you can see the options before you make a selection. When we arrived for the appointment, we were greeted and directed to the waiting area. In less than 1 minute, the first person was called back to begin their exam. It was awesome that they were so timely! We were through each exam at the scheduled time! The staff was kind and thorough. We had questions because our insurance changed this year. After stating that without insurance the exam would be $130 I decided to try mine. She said, "do you have a card"? I said I know the information, it's called ---, what other information do you need"? She then looked to her coworker to ask her if she can help her tell me what was needed because "she keeps giving me the name". OMG, I was standing right there! I literally asked her what else she needed. I told her coworker never mind after the coworker attempted to explain what the rude employee needed. The girls doing the glasses i have had some off experiences with. I recently purchased lenses and frames and was told i had 30 days if i wanted to get the better lenses. When i was originally quoted i was told it would be about 30 dollars more a lens to get the transitions. Well when i called back to change my mind and get the transitions about a week later i was told that quote was not correct(wish i had gotten it on paper) and was informed it would actually be about 200 more then what i had already paid... This was my only issue with them.. Other then that they seem to be ok.
