They were confident their Zeiss lab -- in Kentucky or Germany -- could handle it, and they were absolutely right. I chose a pair of fantastic blue frames that really complement my face and style. For years my lenses have been thick, but Eye Candy was able to use 1.74 glass lenses that are the thinnest I've ever had. They took a bit longer since they were made in Germany, but the first-time quality was perfect. I'm over the moon with my new glasses. Outstanding service, expertise, and results. The staff was extremely nice and I actually enjoyed that the practice had some updated equipment that I hadn't seen. She set me down to ensure that everything was the right fit and invited me back to have the glasses tuned up as they get more comfortable on my face. Prescription sunglasses are available as well. Their website is great! You can check your account statements and prescriptions, and schedule appointments too. You can also order your contacts through the website and it lists all the prices so you can comparison shop if you wish. You can setup email and text appointment reminders which I find very helpful. I've been in Customer Service all my life, and I can tell you that the receptionist here needs some *serious* training. No greeting, no informing you the doctor is running behind schedule, nothing. We were the only ones in the sitting area, as well. And when I let her know we'd been waiting over half an hour and needed to go now, all she said was, "Ooookay..?" No apology, no offer to reschedule, no friendly goodbye. It was such a strange, disappointing experience. Also, inappropriate music was playing in the waiting area. Not a professional look. Hopefully this was a fluke for the Office, but it was all more than enough to send us elsewhere.
