After a long drive from Canton, Ohio I found this location adjacent to Crocker Park. This area and the people shopping reminded me of an area in Orange County, California that I use to live in. Great Shopping, well dressed shoppers and exclusive findings. Well, that's what I experienced when I walked in Eye Candy and my mouth started drooling as the merchandise was sweet. Now the store isn't that spacious, but trust me you will instantly see glasses that you have never seen. To start I was warmly welcomed by two well dressed ladies, both wearing amazing glasses that just made their aesthetic pop. Then I saw whom I believed was a physician leaving with awesome glasses that gave character and pizzazz. I scoped out the pair of Cartier glasses that had my interest but decided to purchase a pair of Erker frames. Finally , I have another pair of frames for one of my outfits but, this time a pair that truly fits my face and pupillary distance. Thank you so much Francine for your human kindness and your professionalism. Now, here's what made this establishment exceptional. After being measured, I walked out with my single vision frames completed in approximately 15 minutes. I've never had that happen to me and in today's environment most optical location have eliminated their lab. So, if you want temptation, go here. If you want service, go here. They were confident their Zeiss lab -- in Kentucky or Germany -- could handle it, and they were absolutely right. I chose a pair of fantastic blue frames that really complement my face and style. For years my lenses have been thick, but Eye Candy was able to use 1.74 glass lenses that are the thinnest I've ever had. They took a bit longer since they were made in Germany, but the first-time quality was perfect. I'm over the moon with my new glasses. Outstanding service, expertise, and results. I have gone back three times now in the last year and each time it is "obviously my fault":. The first time I went back, I was wearing them wrong down on my nose. The second time I went back, I was wearing them with faulty posture. The third time I went back I was given a new eye exam and told that I needed prism readers. The third time cost $105 for the exam. I am the guy who is wearing the glasses and I know what the problem is with this prescription. It's simply faulty and has been from the get-go. So much for carriage trade opticians. I'm definitely going back to the Cleveland Clinic for my eye exam.

The staff was extremely nice and I actually enjoyed that the practice had some updated equipment that I hadn't seen. I was so happy to pay an extra $39 to have a picture taken of my eye, rather than having that puff of air blown in my eye. I later learned that her name was Michelle and after talking with her about just the frames I had been admiring, I was ready to give them another try. Just last week my glasses arrived. Michelle called me directly and gave me the hours of the store and the times in which worked best to come in. I went to the store last Thursday. Michelle had already polished my glasses. She set me down to ensure that everything was the right fit and invited me back to have the glasses tuned up as they get more comfortable on my face. I love Eyetiques selection, but the only reason why I drove from Columbus, Ohio to the Pepperpike suburb was because of Michelle, she is kind, considerate, and a true professional.

It's very clean and organized and they make good use of the space they have. Dr. Good is very personable and thorough with his exams and his staff is super friendly and accommodating! They have a vast variety of glasses frames on display, so you shouldn't have a problem finding something you like. They do offer a nice selection of Oakley frames if you want to be fancy. Prescription sunglasses are available as well. Their website is great! You can check your account statements and prescriptions, and schedule appointments too. You can also order your contacts through the website and it lists all the prices so you can comparison shop if you wish. You can setup email and text appointment reminders which I find very helpful. I've been in Customer Service all my life, and I can tell you that the receptionist here needs some *serious* training. No greeting, no informing you the doctor is running behind schedule, nothing. We were the only ones in the sitting area, as well. And when I let her know we'd been waiting over half an hour and needed to go now, all she said was, "Ooookay..?" No apology, no offer to reschedule, no friendly goodbye. It was such a strange, disappointing experience. Also, inappropriate music was playing in the waiting area. Not a professional look. Hopefully this was a fluke for the Office, but it was all more than enough to send us elsewhere.

Posting this for both the westlake and lakewood office…read more After a months long saga I finally have a functional pair of glasses. It started out at their Lakewood location when I got my first pair of glasses that broke almost immediately. Fine. We reorder a new pair. I go in 3 weeks later to check in on the contacts. They haven't even reordered the glasses. So we try this again. Get the glasses 4 weeks later but they break again. Request a brand new pair. Have to go to their Westlake office with larger selection. Charge me $50 for a "refitting" despite the fact they sold me crappy glasses. Wait another month for the new glasses. I call the Westlake office a month later and they apparently just came in and "are here for pickup." Go to the Westlake office and find out they are actually at the Lakewood office. At the Lakewood office and they say their opticians are very busy and we will need time to adjust the frames. By this point, my whole afternoon has been shot. I explain to the person that I am pretty frustrated after having been at this for over an hour and if they can get to things quicker. See on the opticians desk that the lady at the front desk messaged her on teams saying I needed a refitting and had a "huge attitude." Some of these things were not their fault. A lot of them are. I will not be coming back next year.
