Dr Boutros was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuinely concerned about making sure I knew what she was doing - and why - during each phase of the exam. She encouraged me to ask questions, and made sure I understood her answers! She explained what my options for glasses without any pressure to buy new ones. I was a new patient this December after my regular optometrist could not fit me in their schedule. I did my online searching and saw the positive reviews for Dr. Boutros/See Clear Optometry. I was impressed by both Dr. Boutros and the staff. The eye exam was thorough, and Dr. Boutros answered my questions/explained things well. The staff were professional, pleasant to talk to, and explained options and my benefit coverage very well. The Dr. suggested computer/reading transition lenses. I was skeptical as these have not worked well for me in the past but after discussing them with Dr. Boutros, I tried them again. It was clearly the right decision - one pair of glasses is so much better than two. I upgraded my look with my trendy glasses and extremely comfortable glasses. Let me tell that it has been a great pleasure working with Dr. Lourice. From the entrance, the store is welcoming with extremely customer service receptionist. My eye check up was extremely thorough. I felt comfortable and most importantly not rushed. I ended up getting a new pair of glasses and contacts. Previously with other places, it would take closer to a month to get my glasses. With See Clear, my glasses arrived within the delivery time. During my pregnancy and post partum my eyes significantly got worst so I decided it was time to get a new Prescription so I researched and Found Dr Boutros on yelp and saw her office was so cute and she was a young new doctor so I wanted to try her out! I brought my 11 month old in with me and Dr Boutros told me the importance of having a baby get checked out before their 1 year (had no idea and really appreciated that and my daughter was happy because she walked out with her first pair of sunglasses)! Now on to me I got my glass lens situation handled and was telling Dr Boutros how I always forget my glasses and she recommended contacts, I was extremely hesitant because I always freaked out by contacts so she gave me a multiple samples (example month & days) and told me to try them out and decide if I even like it (she also was very patient on teaching me how to put them in, which took awhile) I ended up finding one brand that I loved the "acuve one day moist" they were so easy to put on and I didn't even feel like anything was in my eye! just ordered them and she is shipping them to my house! I was in dire need for an eye exam, completely out of contacts and I broke my glasses. You could say it's the worst time for me rn. I can't even see to drive without correction. I don't normally leave reviews on Yelp, but after visiting Dr. Boutros I feel compelled to share my great experience. I got Lasik done a number of years ago and came in to get glasses and an updated prescription. I felt welcomed as soon I arrived to the office and didn't have to wait at all before being seen in the exam room. They were also able to look up my insurance immediately. Dr. Boutros was super nice as she thoroughly explained each step of the exam and my results. The selection of glasses is amazing! I found a great Gucci pair and also got some daily contacts. Very thankful that See Clear was able to get me an appointment so quickly and easily (they pulled my insurance without me even knowing the name of it!). I'm always concerned about the health of my eyes due to my family history, but Dr. Boutros made me feel very comfortable by checking my eye health with both high tech equipment and her own expertise in looking directly into the eye. I have been looking everywhere for mirrored sunglasses for this summer. I went to the Americana and the Grove and couldn't find anything that I liked. Came in a few weeks ago after checking them out on Yelp. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with their receptionist who was so sweet and helpful. They are really taking everything seriously with Covid. I personally watched Dr. Boutros clean all the equipment before using it to make sure I felt comfortable. I hadn't had an exam in over 4 years so I wanted to make sure my computer glasses were still the right prescription for me. After some tests, we came to find out that my glasses were actually too strong and were the reason for my headaches at the end of the day. See Clear has a great selection of frames so I was tempted to buy brand new glasses but instead decided to stick with my original frames. (Note: All the frames I tried on were taken to the back for disinfecting before being put back on the rack. Something I didn't even think about!) Dr. Boutros had the lenses changed out in less than a week with the addition of the blue light blocking filter. Picked them up today and she helped adjust them to fit me perfectly. Came for a regular eye exam to update my contact lenses. I had been getting my contact lenses online for the last few years and didn't notice any problems but I always had itchy eyes that I attributed to allergies. Dr. Boutros found out that my contacts were actually causing a lot of friction on the tissue of my eyelids and the reason why my eyes were so itchy! She prescribed me some drops and switched me into a new brand of contact lenses and it's been a game changer.
