Highly recommend. Great customer service. Excellent pricing. Needed to get a fob reprogrammed for my Nissan Leaf, and called around to about 10 places. The most expensive quote I got was $185. Bruce at Security Unlimited quoted me $65. I drove over immediately. Todd worked diligently to reprogram my fob. For some reason, his machine was glitching and causing him problems, but Todd kept working on it until both my old and new fobs were working perfectly. When I got home, I realized that he forgot to cut the emergency key in the fob (probably because of the issues he was having reprogramming it). I drove back the next day, and he remembered me and immediately cut both the emergency key, and gave me an additional, free, cute designer key (for my troubles, since I had to drive back). Thanks Todd! I have tried to get my mailbox key duplicated from Lowe's, Ace Hardware, and a freestanding key duplication kiosk and not one of them were able to duplicate the key to where it would open the mailbox. I finally contacted Salsbury to see if they could send me another one and they would only sell a box of 50 blank keys. So I reached out to my neighbors on the Nextdoor app and Security Unlimited Locksmith was recommended. I called to make sure they carried the Salsbury key. I also took one of the keys that would not previously work to Security Unlimited Locksmith and Todd put it in his machine and said it should work now. Low and behold I got home and it did! Expert in their craft. I came in to get a key transponder duplicate for my car. Price is waaaayy cheaper than the dealer price. They are experts in their craft. They also found out that someone tried to open my driver side with some kind of tool like screwdriver - this in turn screw up my lock and my key can't open it manually. I was trying to find out if I should get the lock on my security gate re-keyed or replaced. I called around and Todd not only answered my questions, he told me that the quick and least expensive option would be to re-key and I could always look into replacing the locks at a later time. He even went into detail as to how to take it apart to bring it in. I went to the shop, which was just down the street, and Todd gave me a couple of options and within a few minutes I was on my way back home to reinstall the locks. Everything worked perfectly. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wish I could give Bruce 10 stars! He went above and beyond to accommodate me and provide me the service at a very reasonable rate! I found him through my car insurance provider. I was pleased to learn that Geico would pay $100 towards the total cost and he was one of the service providers contracted through Geico. He made himself available on short notice on a Sunday AND he had the most competitive rate for all the locksmiths in the area! I really hope I don't have to use a locksmith again but if I do, I will definitely reach out to Bruce. I highly recommend his services. He's fast, very professional, extremely accommodating, and has the best prices in town. Thanks Bruce! You're the man! EDIT: I thought everything was fine and dandy UNTIL my fob stopped working properly shortly after he made the fob key for me. He blamed his defective key and poor knowledge of how to fix the key, on my vehicle's brain/computer. I took the key to a locksmith I had used in the past and he explained the issue and resolved my problem. I had to pay extra to go to another locksmith that wasn't a service provider for Geico after having Bruce make the key for me, but it was the only way to resolve the problem. Once I got the key replaced with the other locksmith, I never had the issue again. I had to change the rating from 5 stars to 2 due to the inconvenience of me having to deal with a defective key and not being able to lock or unlock the car with the fob, his unwillingness to correct the issue and me having to come out of pocket AGAIN. read more

Refuse to help me and when I mentioned It was for a comercial gate he knew it was going to be expensive so tried to fix the situation.
