I've had many storage units over the years; this is one of the best. You can't beat the extended number of hours allowed to access units and the level of security provided while on the property. It's clean, quiet, and always feels safe. Customer service is stellar, and communication is always good. If you are in need of a storage facility and this is close to you I would recommend going to talk with the staff/manager and see what they have available and if it might meet your needs. I have been a customer here more than once and the Staff and Manager are so helpful, gracious and professional. The facility is clean, secure, and safe. I have rented two different kind of units and so I know they have a variety of spaces for different needs. I think the prices are fair for town and the staff is helpful to set up what you need and they do not try to over sell you to just make a sale. If you are in need of storage and you live in the area I would say go and price it out for yourself and see. I can promise you your experience will be informative and you will feel like you were treated very respectfully. What more could you ask for out of a storage facility?! I coordinated for a 10x10 unit after explaining the amount of furniture I had... when I got to the unit 1 day prior to loading it they explained their sale man made a mistake and only had a 10x8 and said that should suffice. I had a 2 bedroom house and that would NOT work. I said I deserved a larger unit as I paid for and they had none there. Rather than calling to another to help me with proper customer service they just said sorry.... I had to call and around begging to get a unit. Then I went back in and stated I found a unit elsewhere and they then proceeded to "help" me. I got a 10x15 at a different location with a small discount for the trouble but the insensitivity was startling and disappointing. I do not recommend this location for that reason. Only benefit was the units were better quality than their sister property I had to use but still they deserve a low rating read more

I've had multiple storage units (from small lockers to the 12ftx24ft jumbo unit) at this facility off and on for almost 10 years now if that tells you something about whether I'd recommend it. I've had units for personal storage and business inventory and I've always felt safe about storing things here. It's a gated entry with a coded alarm for each unit along with video surveillance (just check out the monitors in the office). I'm glad to say it is one of the few places that actually keeps improving over the years. In fact they've renovated the office and upgraded many things about the facility that have made it even more convenient and efficient to keep my inventory here. Plus...it's always really clean around the entire facility, which is really nice The new manager (well he's been there a while now) is first rate, friendly and has always been ready to help out if I have a question or concern. It's always been a nice place, but it's become more professional and pleasant than ever. If you have to store stuff, I'd recommend this SPS location . . . even if it's a little farther drive than some of the other options around town (I've looked at most of them). read more
