The reason I chose this location was the flexibility in hours, i understand my rights as i am part of a legal firm that practices in contracts! Keeping a prepaid payment for 2 days due to you changing the locks to upgrade your system is an illegal lock out, especially when i request to be let known which specific date you changed my locks. The other staff there are amazing, Emma is very unprofessional and disrespectful ans has no customer service skills, she couldnt even carry a conversation with me in the office! She acted as if i was burdening her even for a receipt!​

Brandon came out a few minutes later and put a couple gallons in my truck so I could leave. The manager, Noel was very rude to his employees and the customers. Opposite of that, Veronica and Brandon were very helpful. I arrived at U-Haul at 7:45 and didn't leave until 9:20, that is totally unacceptable.
