When she called me back to argue why being locked out of my storage was my fault and then aggressively argued with me then hung up. Prior to my move out, a week ago to be specific, i emailed staff and asked them to please let me know when they were changing the lock so that I could come down and get the new key but they failed to do so. The reason I chose this location was the flexibility in hours, i understand my rights as i am part of a legal firm that practices in contracts! Keeping a prepaid payment for 2 days due to you changing the locks to upgrade your system is an illegal lock out, especially when i request to be let known which specific date you changed my locks. The other staff there are amazing, Emma is very unprofessional and disrespectful ans has no customer service skills, she couldnt even carry a conversation with me in the office! She acted as if i was burdening her even for a receipt!​

Rented a 17' truck for a local move. Reservations were made…read moreonline- very easy. Picked up the vehicle early. Customer service was deficient. Only 1 helpful but frustrated person outside. Manager was loud and discussed an issue with a previous renter... Not at all professional. Returned the vehicle after hours, this was a nice convenience. Charged $5.00 for moving pads which were not used. Was told the vehicle got 20 miles to the gallon, only went 28 miles- I put in 2 gallons but noticed the fuel gauge didn't move. **Then told based on the specs the vehicle got only 7-10 miles to the gallon** I called as soon I as received the emailed invoice and the local customer service transferred me to the national customer service and then they transferred me back to local... I felt like a ping pong ball. Total disputed charges were less than $20 bucks but no one had the authority to 'just get it handled' If you rent from this location I would highly recommend that you return the vehicle during normal business hours only so you can do a complete walk through. I'll update once this issue is resolved.

Please tell me that up front. I ran out of gas in my rental truck after driving 20 feet. Noel went to get gas because he didn't have any and 30 minutes later he came back with snacks and a drink and ignored all of the customers. Brandon came out a few minutes later and put a couple gallons in my truck so I could leave. The manager, Noel was very rude to his employees and the customers. Opposite of that, Veronica and Brandon were very helpful. I arrived at U-Haul at 7:45 and didn't leave until 9:20, that is totally unacceptable. I had 10 people waiting for me to move but Noel didn't care. The management of this location is awful and give U-haul a bad name.

Took less than 10 minutes to set me up and I enrolled in auto pay. The whole place is very well kept, very clean and has good security measures. Prices have gone up since last time I rented a storage, but if you pay quarterly it's a good value.
