When looking for a self storage unit through the transition of moving off a college campus into an apartment, I knew this place was the place for me. The manager and staff are extremely courteous and helpful every step of the process and are always prepared to help me in any way needed. A very pleasant experience from the first phone contact. I rented a unit at the Reedley facility both Mari and Kim are very informative and helpful. The lease paperwork and process were short and stress-free. The facility and unit are spotless and well kept. The availability of a truck, at no charge, for move-in is a welcome plus (although I did not need to use it). I strongly suggest downloading their "Easy Code" App for touch free 24hr access/exit into and out of the facility gates. The App can also provide you with your unit's security notifications.
