Luckily police were able to recover. Mini Storage owners knew of break ins and did nothing to alert tenants. Gate code isn't secure. Now they are not fixing gate and they lock it up at random. They locked gate for 3 days without any notice, many people were inconvenienced. Bad business, only concerned about collecting money.

They even call me when my card didn't go through because I got a new one. The set up process was super easy and the only thing you have to worry about is spiders in your stuff. Also a little dust. But nothing too crazy. They are alway super nice and helpful. Their office has a bathroom too. Also if you lock yourself out they'll cut the lock for you. And they sell locks and other useful stuff. Amazing customer service.
