The pricing was super competitive and so we purchased a newly-painted 40' high cube storage container. The delivery of the container went very smoothly and the driver worked very hard to get our container spotted just where we wanted it. He had a little trouble because of a tree that was in his way, but he did a great job and was a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend Green Box Rentals. I understand this is not a problem with this U-Haul location but it is with U-Haul services in general. We had to call and stay in line in the middle of nowhere for almost two hours until they changed their system setting so we can start the process. The first person I spoke to hung up so had to start the call all over again. Overall, we had an awful experience. I would never use their online service and not recommending it to anyone.

Pulling your RV out for half the month and have to pay a full month. Its a shame the Lemoore RV Center does not prorate. They charge for the full month. If able go somewhere else. The conclusion of our business dealings is the company nickel and dimes you for your RV being stored "by the foot" and then does not guarantee you a quality spot.

Several weeks later we are calling to see if they still want to do the job and we had to chase them down to finish the work, but they stopped and said that they found mold. We had two other contractors come in and do mold tests and found nothing. Seeing this, we cancelled our contract with them. The job was not completed, we paid half upfront which was more than half the job they did, and now they are wanting hundreds of extra dollars for a job incomplete. Stay away from this company. They are charlatans.

Not only did this company attempt to charge Tachi Tribe 31k for a small fire, when asked about it they quickly reduced the price down to 21k which is still RIDICULOUS for what they did. Not to mention it took them 2 whole months of coming in and out of my home to finish the job! We had to call them back several times to fix things they damaged, and they stole a pan from my kitchen. They claimed they'd didn't take it but I've searched high and low and was never able to locate the skillet they supposedly put back. Please beware this company and if you have used them, ask for a list of everything they did and make sure to double and triple check it because they will try to scam you! There's still smoke damage all over my walls that I have to repaint myself because they never finished.
