They were not willing to compinsa me for the inconvenience in any way and was very rude over the phone. I had asked the lady if she could give me an hour to talk it over with my husband and see if we could make it work and she rudely interrupted me to tell me she couldn't hold it for any amount of time and I had to decide right then. If she was my employee losing me business like this with her attitude I would fire her. She doesnt make her employer look good at all.

WOW! So bad we cancelled our truck and went to UHaul instead!!…read more 11/7/19 We went into their office on 19 1/2 Ave to reserve a truck. Maria did not even look up. We seemed an inconvenience. She did look up one thing on her computer for us; but then, she did not respond when repeatedly asked a question. My husband ended up attempting to reserve a truck on his phone using the Penske app.Then, we asked if they would have it available as their app indicated. Maria seemed inconvenienced and informed us that we couldn't get a 16' truck. We could get a 22' truck and it would be about $550. 11/8/19 We go to see about getting the truck. Maria was slightly more helpful but the truck was huge. We cancelled it. Maria was helpful with That and assured us we would not be charged. We hope not! So ... we went to McCann's UHaul and got the truck we wanted for $350 less at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon. MOST HELPFUL gal at UHaul was not inconvenienced in the least. Now I have to hire my flooring guy back for a more involved repair and I'm disappointed that extra care wasn't taken as these floors were a huge investment for us.

So...funny story today. Not only did I call on May 7th with…read moreno response AND called twice this morning about two pressure washers I dropped off on March 7th for repair but, nobody ever cared to call me back. Daniel, the service manager doesn't know his ass from a hole in the wall OR about customer service and failed to let me know the status of these two units after such time. So...I drove down, as I lost my patience with A&E, to pick up the two pressure washers. On a recommendation, I pulled into Steam Cleaner Inc. Chris and Art were more than accommodating. I asked them to do what I asked A&E to do two months ago and Chris didn't think anything of it and quickly got to work on it. Art gave me an estimate and I was off. No shit, I received a call from Chris 20min later saying, "Come pick it up. It's ready!" What?!?!? - I flipped a U-turn and was back at Steam Cleaners where not only was the unit repaired but, Chris showed me the problem, the fix and the amount of pressure it was pumping. Transaction final, I was eager to get home and reinstall and use my pressure washer once more. Perfect! I'm happy again. If I need anything else pressure washer or steam cleaner related, I'm coming down here. Hands down, Art, Sam and Chris were the best example of customer service I've seen lately. Great job guys.
