They even call me when my card didn't go through because I got a new one. The set up process was super easy and the only thing you have to worry about is spiders in your stuff. Also a little dust. But nothing too crazy. They are alway super nice and helpful. Their office has a bathroom too. Also if you lock yourself out they'll cut the lock for you. And they sell locks and other useful stuff. I understand this is not a problem with this U-Haul location but it is with U-Haul services in general. We had to call and stay in line in the middle of nowhere for almost two hours until they changed their system setting so we can start the process. The first person I spoke to hung up so had to start the call all over again. Overall, we had an awful experience. I would never use their online service and not recommending it to anyone.

When I called I spoke with Derrick. He answered my questions and reassured me that they would be able to place it where I needed it. He recommended I stop by to pick out a storage container and speak with a driver just to verify. I showed the driver pictures of where I wanted it and he said it was doable without a crane or forklift. The pricing was super competitive and so we purchased a newly-painted 40' high cube storage container. The delivery of the container went very smoothly and the driver worked very hard to get our container spotted just where we wanted it. He had a little trouble because of a tree that was in his way, but he did a great job and was a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend Green Box Rentals. There is no assigned parking spot. So you could pay for a 43' spot and have to shove your RV into a tight 30' spot. It happens right? No big deal. Except when you try to get a pro rate for the month. Pulling your RV out for half the month and have to pay a full month. Its a shame the Lemoore RV Center does not prorate. They charge for the full month. If able go somewhere else. The conclusion of our business dealings is the company nickel and dimes you for your RV being stored "by the foot" and then does not guarantee you a quality spot.
