The rate we were promised when paying by the year went out the window, and our inquiries about the bird crap, water leaks, and rat infestation has fallen on deaf ears. I feel like they tell you what you want to hear, until they get you in and it puts you in a position of having to relocate all your stuff once you get comfortable. Looking for storage after beginning of year; and a small claim in court. When selecting this company for our storage needs we overlooked some reviews describing a rude and crazy manager. What a mistake. Since renting a 10x20 and inquiring about some additional units and interior storage we have had nothing but problems with Juanita. She lies to us all the time, feeds us what we want to hear and then goes a totally different direction. She's a horrible representative of this company, and I have been trying to reach "Emery" for some time now to inform him what is going on.
