They even call me when my card didn't go through because I got a new one. The set up process was super easy and the only thing you have to worry about is spiders in your stuff. Also a little dust. But nothing too crazy. They are alway super nice and helpful. Their office has a bathroom too. Also if you lock yourself out they'll cut the lock for you. And they sell locks and other useful stuff. We used U-Haul reservation 24/7 since it was the Labor Day weekend. We got to the location and as…read moreyou can see in the picture there was no way to start pick up process online. I understand this is not a problem with this U-Haul location but it is with U-Haul services in general. We had to call and stay in line in the middle of nowhere for almost two hours until they changed their system setting so we can start the process. The first person I spoke to hung up so had to start the call all over again. Overall, we had an awful experience. I would never use their online service and not recommending it to anyone.

There is no assigned parking spot. So you could pay for a 43' spot and have to shove your RV into a tight 30' spot. It happens right? No big deal. Except when you try to get a pro rate for the month. Pulling your RV out for half the month and have to pay a full month. Its a shame the Lemoore RV Center does not prorate. They charge for the full month. If able go somewhere else. The conclusion of our business dealings is the company nickel and dimes you for your RV being stored "by the foot" and then does not guarantee you a quality spot.

WOW! So bad we cancelled our truck and went to UHaul instead!!…read more 11/7/19 We went into their office on 19 1/2 Ave to reserve a truck. Maria did not even look up. We seemed an inconvenience. She did look up one thing on her computer for us; but then, she did not respond when repeatedly asked a question. My husband ended up attempting to reserve a truck on his phone using the Penske app.Then, we asked if they would have it available as their app indicated. Maria seemed inconvenienced and informed us that we couldn't get a 16' truck. We could get a 22' truck and it would be about $550. 11/8/19 We go to see about getting the truck. Maria was slightly more helpful but the truck was huge. We cancelled it. Maria was helpful with That and assured us we would not be charged. We hope not! So ... we went to McCann's UHaul and got the truck we wanted for $350 less at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon. MOST HELPFUL gal at UHaul was not inconvenienced in the least.
