The day of our move that facility gave away our "reserved" moving truck to someone else. I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown when I call Mid Valley. They saved the day!!! The woman working double checked that their moving truck was not reserved and then told me we could come get it. Paperwork was simple and we had access to our unit immediately. In various trips to our unit over several months, it was always in perfect condition. Temperature was always great and the area was always super clean. Even when it came time to vacate our unit, the workers were friendly and professional. Thanks again Mid Valley!!!

Al and Isaac are the best, I've went from a little unit to big and then to biggest and a a box. They have help move my storage 4 times. Always ready to do what they can to help. Al and Ben were so cute, Ben always helping his brother and customers without ever complaining. They would help you with a smile. I miss Al so much, and then when they hurt Ben and hit him for no reason at all, he should of pressed charges against Isaac, I would of supported Ben in court big time. I have no respect for Isaac, I am here still because there is no available storage anywhere I will forever miss Al and hope to see Ben one day and just tell him how I miss Al and him so much.
