Nearly every piece of furniture was wrapped in a moving blanket and nothing was scratched. All of our wall art and TV's were carefully packed and arrived in perfect shape. But I do NOT recommend them for packing your boxes! We hired them to pack our entire house on 3/10/26. They left many things unpacked that day and the crew who came to load everything the next day had to finish the packing. The young man who packed our kitchen did a great job, better than I would have done. Nothing was broken when we unpacked the boxes and every box was labeled correctly and thoroughly. But the rest of the house was packed horribly! Random items from separate rooms were put together in the same box. Some breakable items weren't even wrapped. The huge wardrobe boxes were used for very big and heavy items instead of our clothes. And some of our clothes that were on hangers were just shoved in boxes with other things without being folded. Some of our curtains were wadded up and used in a box like packing paper, making them extremely wrinkled. My mattress pad was wadded up and shoved in a box that was way too small and the box wasn't even closed! (See photo.) Many of the boxes weren't labeled at all, and some were actually labeled incorrectly, so when they were unloaded, they were placed in the wrong room, making us look for days to find our things. We have had to open every single box to figure out where it belongs. We have moved several times, but we have never seen such a sloppy packing job! My teenagers packed better than these guys did! We have been in our new home for a week now, and we're still trying to find things. If you plan to pack your own boxes, these guys are great at moving them. But when it comes to packing, they need some serious training! Very disappointed!

Not only did they take an item to the post office 9 days after I delivered it to their store and after I went in to complain, but they overcharge (their prices are not consistent), and I'm pretty sure someone at their store is stealing items because an item I delivered never even made it to the post office. They do nothing about it. Not even a refund on shipping. They don't care. They are probably the worst place to take your deliveries to... unless you want it to never be delivered. There's a reason they have multiple complaints about deliveries never making it. The guy behind the counter was really nice and took care of my fax requests in a timely manner. It was about $1.00 per page, but I guess that's the going price these days. He mentioned that location would be closing in the near future. Too bad, it's a cute store with little trinket gifts, cards and some home decor. Today I needed to send a package, so I headed back over there. The girls working took care of preparing my package to mail and making a label. The store was almost all packed up today. Too bad they'll be closing soon, but they did mention their Fig Garden Loop store was staying open.
