What a great experience... Went to our local Bedrosians right here in Visalia, CA to view and maybe purchase items for our new (to us) Cabin. Our contractors in Stanislaus County suggested Bedrosians for the remodel of our new surround tile and floor tile before g the new wood stove. In the showroom there was a beautiful corner wall fireplace on display made of very similar tile that I imagined I wanted. I brought pictures of my old setup and pictures of the Pinterest concept we had in mind. I believe it was Abel who I first talked to and he was fun and so helpful. I wanted the same exact tile on display but it was out of stock and we had a deadline. My second choice was also out of stock. Christine worked to find a next comparable choice and I loved it. She provided a significant price adjustment and got the order placed. Fast forward... our fireplace was done and we had a significant amount of 12x12s left and some ledger tile. With a restocking fee Christine and Fabian took the returns. Thank you for this... had no idea what I would do with the surplus. We appreciate Bedrosians and the ease in which we worked together. Very disappointed in the Visalia branch. I purchased over 3,000 dollars worth of tile and when I opened the boxes the pieces were broken. Because it had been over 5 days they would not help me in any way. Not just that but they had the nerve to suggest maybe I broke them myself! so I went to the fresno Shaw branch to re buy the broken pieces. When I told them how visalia treated me they comped me the pieces I needed. I will NEVER go to or recommend the Visalia branch again. If you're set on bedrosians, take the drive to fresno instead because they will help you when things Go wrong not just help you when you're giving them money. read more

This place is tremendous!!! Cannot say enough about this place and the staff! Especially Christine!! She helped my mom and I though the whole process. She answered questions beyond questions that we had. We were probably super annoying in retrospect from the amount of questions we had. Sorry, Christine! My mother and I had been shopping around for tile that looks like wood to no avail. Typical places we would go were way over priced and seemingly unhelpful. Not this place!!! We found wood tile aplenty. So much to choose from. Because I'm very budget friendly, champagne taste on a beer budget, we selected a tile from the discount section that just happened to be the perfect tone we were looking for, something like $1.42 a square foot!!!!!! SCORE!!!! 2000 sq feet of house adds up quickly! We had so much room left in the budget that we were able to get granite counter tops and the fireplace rocked as well as this fancy Moroccan tile we wanted for the kitchen backsplash. They recommended a tile contractor, Sergio from Cali Tile and mannnnnnn, they did our whole house in less than 2 weeks: floors, fireplace, bathrooms, kitchen... the work is superb and flawless. I was shopping around for tile went to Lowe's and Home Depot then I remembered Bedrosians. Unlike when going to Home Depot or Lowe's associates hide so they don't have to help you. Walking into Bedrosians I was promptly greeted by Christine who was so helpful. I had a hard time deciding what to do and had a budget to work with and Christine treated me like I was the most important person in the room. I ordered 2 different types of tiles to finish my customer's 1/2 bath. Thinking they would have a better quality tile, The customer paid to have it come from them. While installing one set of tiles, I realized that the tiles were all different sizes. They were 1/4 inch off, some 3/8s off and a few were even 5/8 off. The grout lines are thicker and thinner in certain spots. Tile is pretty much something you would get from Home Depot. Quality is lacking big time! Mind you, it's a pattern tile that has to go together in a certain way. I've been installing tile for over 15 years and never had this issue. I contacted customer service (since I am across the country), they just ignored me and didn't care to do anything about it. My customer is furious and extremely disappointed with their tile. They do not stand by their products. Last time I will ever recommend a customer or anyone to order from bedrosians. read more

My mom had called ahead of time before coming in and the woman was polite and knowledgeable, but when we came into the store we weren't even acknowledged. After being there for about 20 minutes we were never helped. There was very little selection there. We went down the street to Stockdale Tile and what a difference!! We were pleasantly greeted by Fabian, a show room sales associate, and had a brief meet and greet whereas we told him what type of residence we were building, along with our decor. We went in there today to try and solve a granite problem with our remodel. The salesperson Christine was so friendly and helpful. Not only did she help us find a piece of granite to resolve our problem but she also informed us about the care and upkeep of granite even though we did not purchase our main granite from Bedrosians. I went here cause I had previously bought tile for my old house here, this time I i needed backsplash tile. I found what I wanted and purchased 3 cartons, when I got home i then decided I wanted to do more of the same tile. So I ordered another one and 1 box was cracked so they were going to give me another box. Well the box theey gave me was matte finish and Was different, so again I had to go take it back.. mind you I've already been here 3 times. Then the guy in the front wants to argue with me and say well it was free anyways.. umm not that's not the point! The point is your wasting my time, having to go back and forth, and how do you even know the wrong box that You gave me was the free one or one that I paid for?? Well I have never shopped for tile before and now need to replace the tile in my rental home. I went to Home Depot at first and looked at some tile but the Home Depot person was Zero help as far as figuring out what type of tile I need it. I went over to Bedrosian tile after the handyman that I use name Andrey's handyman service told me to go to Bedrosians Tile. I was really amazed as the price was just as good as Home Depot but the employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I dealt with a young woman by the name of Sarah Andersen who is so pleasant and knowledgeable that I purchased tile from them. I urge anyone who needs to have tile put in their home to go to Bedrosians Tile as they have great employees great selection at a good price. If it was up to Home Depot I would have put ceramic tile on my floor and they would have cracked thanks to Bedrosians I will now have beautiful tile that will be very durable read more
