The owner and one of his workers came the next morning and told me they were surprised what I'd done hadn't fixed the issue. Sure enough, they had the issue fixed quickly and didn't make a mess doing it. They charges me their minimum hour which honestly I thought was not only reasonable but fair especially given the weather that day.

The plumber who came out on Friday was prompt, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed our kitchen sink drainage issue right away and also helped us with our reverse osmosis system too! I really appreciated how efficient and professional the service was. Also I felt the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend CRC Plumbing Company and will definitely use them again in the future if we need plumbing help.

Unlike other places, Brian was very honest and straightforward with his flat rate quote -- it was not just an inspection but it came with a flush and cleaning. So although his price was higher than other quotes, we also knew that this was the price that we would be paying and not more than that. The receipt showed that he also ended up cleaning out the burner chamber and repaired the draft diverter. He said that he also worked on venting issues over the phone. He was helpful and tried his best to answer my questions. I was not able to be there at the service but he was there on time and spoke with me by phone. Brian is prompt, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. His appointment did not take long but he was able to get everything serviced. And I'm of course always happy to help small businesses. He is based in Visalia but says that he services all over the Valley. I appreciated that he was able to arrive for the service appointment the next morning after I contacted him. I would contact Brian again if I needed maintenance or repair services in the future. Highly recommended!

It's nice to know there is at least one plumbing company out there still focused on maintaining its reputation. My mother in law had a basic but urgent fix - two non-functioning toilets. After several calls to other local plumbers (all of whom either went straight to up-charging without seeing the issue), I landed on Parker & Parker. James, the plumber they sent the next day, was professional, knowledgeable, nice, respectful and - most importantly - got both toilets back in working order in no time. It turns out one was in need of a new fill valve and the other was just temperamental and 25 years old. It cost us $100, parts included, for his hard spent hour worth of time and it was worth every penny. Now I can rest easy knowing she has working toilets and a guaranteed repair from a company that prides itself on professionalism. If I'm ever in need of plumbing again, they'll be my first call.

Awesome customer service!!…read more I want to thank Jubien and Vince for helping my dad and me on our ranch. I called DGPS on a Thursday about an issue we had with our main waterline. Our ranch is in the middle of nowhere, and these gentlemen didn't even groan when I told them where the problem was located. Vince came out that Saturday with all the parts needed, fixed my dad's issue, and fixed another project I started but didn't finish yet. I live in Southern Cali, and I was able to set this up with Jubien, and he took care of everything. Drain Guru is not like the other companies I talked with. I was either going to pay an arm and a leg to get someone up there because of the drive, and that was not including the price of the repair. I will ONLY call this company in the future. The price was fair, speedy fix, great attitudes and above the normal service you get from most of the companies these days. Once again, Jubien, I thank you and Vince for your help. My dad is so happy now that he has water again. This company rocks!!!!

He showed me the leak was from the dishwasher. I had to paid P&P $160. because the guru guy could not unscrew 2 screws. Thereafter I had to pay guru guy $205. for his joking around, talking silly, he asked me if I painted, I said yes then I realized he was snooping in the other room where I have my art supplies. He put one valve under sink water pipe, called in 2 guys to remove dishwasher, they left grease skid markers on our new floor planks, guru guy had a few more corny jokes and it seems that he stayed a long time doing nothing. FINALLY he left. I am physically challenged and I feel that guru guy took advantage of me by hiring P&P needlessly. Later when I purchased a dishwasher (it's still not installed) I text guru guy and asked...as a curtesy can you connect the 3 electrical wires to the dishwasher? He bulked with a long he tirade to charge me again for connecting 3 wires. I know how to connect 3 wires, I'm not lame yet my hesitation is that there is a connection with a water hose from the dishwasher to a water pipe under the sink. I can't afford guru guy & possibly he brings in another plumber to connect 3 wires...of course, I would have to pay both guys. Honestly, I feel scammed. Its up to people to hire who they want but trust me on this...I DO NOT RECOMMEND drain guru.

So that should tell you that something has to have happened for me to be writing this review here. Mid Valley Rooter Services: - Jonathon Fernandez What stated out as a request for a simple toilet repair quote has now turned into us having secured our go to guy for all of our plumbing services & repairs. Let me echo what some of the other reviewers have previously stated: Jonathon is a true professional who has vast experience and knowledge of his trade. He was extremely easy to work with. He's very responsive which was a real surprise to me. Most businesses give you the run around and say they'll work you into a schedule that always seems to be busting at the seams. He made me feel like my needs were a priority and that no job was too big or too small. If I needed him, he was gonna be there. I am very appreciative of the level of customer service I received from Jonathon. Day 1. we discussed my needs - I had a toilet that had a slow leak and needed to be repaired. Day 2. Jonathon was at my house ready to tackle the job. He analyzed the issue, gave me an initial assessment of the situation and then provided me a solution and a price. All of which was reasonable. We agreed to the work that needed to be done and to what he would charge me and off he went. He was very thorough in his explanation of what the issue was, the process by which to fix it, and what my options were. He was extremely patient and didn't seem to be rushed. Experiences in the past have taught me that time is of the essence. Although I know there's other work to be done, he never came across as someone who wanted to be in and out and onto the next job. He proceeded to fix my toilet and before I knew it, he was done. He was fast and efficient all of which I can appreciate. There was a time when business was done with a simple handshake. Your word was your bond and also your reputation. You trusted the people you did business with to look out for your best interest and not try to get over on you. Unfortunately those days are long gone. I'm happy to say that Jonathon is a throwback to those days. He works hard and it's easy to see that he takes great pride in his work and in the level of customer service he provides to his clients. I'm sold on this guy and on his business. He's my guy for any and all work I may ever need going forward. I would recommend him without hesitation for your plumbing services and repairs. He will go above and beyond for you just as he did for me. It's evident that every customer is important to him. You can see it in the attention he gives you and you can see it in the way he explains the problems and the solutions. He's a real diamond in the rough!! If you want the job done and done right, he's your guy!! Thank you Jonathon for taking care of our plumbing needs. I appreciate your work and if we ever have a need for plumbing services again, you're my first call.
