We had laminate flooring installed after Jack recommended the product. 6 months in we came to them with an issue with boards in every room bubbling and pealing, and they are not going to do anything about it. We even brought them a brand new box of the product that was extra that had the issue and they are saying it is due to normal wear and tear. I had an absolutely perfect experience from beginning to end. Daniel was great explaining what finishes may be ideal based on lifestyle and price point. Never felt pressured, he even suggested shopping around to make sure i felt confident. I loved being able to take home 3 huge sample pieces to test throughout the home and in different lighting. Jack Sr did the estimate and was a joy to interact with. Very honest and down to earth, even gave recommendations on things a new homeowner of an older home should keep in mind. Estimate was done in less than 24 hrs. Installation was done by Jack's son and was completed in 1.5 days, which blew me away. He, too, was wonderful and very approachable. There ended up being a small change i wanted made. Had i been more educated I would have known to discuss it ahead of time, but they were more than happy to fix it quickly the next day. We cannot say enough good things about these guys. Jack and Daniel were very patient with our questions. They have big samples in the store that you can take home to check which are much more useful than little pieces. It was a big job for us - they replaced 1,400 sq ft of carpet with hardwood, PLUS put ceramic floor tile in laundry room. The new wood floor was higher than the existing floor tile, but they did a perfect job of all of the transitions - no bumps or unsightly plastic pieces. They replaced the existing baseboard and painted it to match. They even made some custom baseboard because they thought it would look better. They were right. They undercut the brick hearth in living room so no edges show. Even the pieces in the closets look perfect. Our existing slab was in poor shape - they ground for days, poured concrete to level, but when we came back after the job was complete there was very little dust! There was one minor imperfection, (in my mind) at the end but they immediately came back and made a perfect repair, no fuss or muss. We are perfectionists and can not think of something they could have done better. The job was performed quickly, on schedule, at a competitive price. True professionals.
