One of our biggest home projects this year was to replace a rotted beam that is attached to our house along with the replacement of many fascia boards. We also had a small section of our roof closed off as the cause of the wood rot was having an open roof. After speaking with many different vendors, we chose Toth Construction. During one of our recent torrential rainstorms with high winds in February, a tree came down in my back yard taking 4 sections of fence down with it. After my gardener removed the tree, and based on Yelp reviews, I called Toth Construction, spoke with Peter, and forwarded photos of the downed fence to him. He replied promptly with a quote to remove and replace the fence sections. When there was finally a break in the rain about 10 days later, he sent Rafael to take down the damaged sections and rebuild the fence. Rafael was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable; and he did an outstanding job. With my permission he additionally removed a limb of a remaining tree so that the new fence section would be level, and he shored up the sections at the furthermost ends of the back fence to give more stability to the fence. The following day Peter came by also, inspected the project, and helped finish up the work and clean-up. He honored the very fair quote he had originally provided despite the additional work (tree limb removal and shoring up end posts). Overall I'm very happy with the work Toth Construction provided, and I recommend them highly. They provided high quality work and care during very busy, stressful times (13 consecutive atmospheric rivers!), and I'll definitely call on them again for future projects! read more
