When the project was finished, my mom was happy to see the finished look. We asked the guys not to worry about painting, as my mom and I are looking to do it as a project together. So the original guy basically took my money and ran, but not before knocking out the stucco around the exterior of the window. So I decided to go with a professional, licensed contractor. Enter Dave with Fraser Construction. He literally saved my house! The first day he came to the house to look at the mess, he shook his head a lot. He was unsure exactly how to go about fixing it. But he figured it out and we couldn't be happier. We now have a beautiful, functional, safe door which provides access exactly how we wanted. Cloud Nine Construction company installed a shower in my guest bath that we have had nothing but…read moreproblems. The shower backs to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bumbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted the floor person.....bumbles in the wood is water damage!! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have to totally tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor......The pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled thinking that might help drainage! His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!

Caulking dripping, insert lining are uneven. Their customer service is terrible. Dont bother with this company. Youll get excuses after excuse. All i got was, well the builder is on a different job right now so ill pull him to finish yours. Thats none of my business, i dont care where or who is building, if i was promised a time, i expect them to show up at that time. Overall, terrible. Stay away.
