There are stools at the check-out counter and the store carries everything from plumbing, contractor supplies, copper, and everything else you can imagine for jobs big and small. This place is incredible: everything is stored in order. The store is neat and clean. David assisted me. The service is good. We chose the Coretec 8mm Eastoak, and we love the texture, how comfortable it feels underfoot, and that it stayed within our budget. Adrian was also very patient while we explored island countertop options. The in-store selection was limited, so he kindly ordered one for us to view. Although the warehouse was a bit far and we ultimately went elsewhere for more on-site options, we still appreciated his effort and support. Our contractor, John from J's Flooring, who was recommended to us by Adrian, did an amazing job with the installation. He and his crew completed everything in just three days. They were professional, efficient, and even move our heavy furniture. John is also very knowledgeable--he had recommended LVP as well and even left us with a thinner sample during our initial quote, which we appreciated. We are so happy we no longer have carpet in the house. It makes such a big difference. Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with how everything turned out.

We chose the Calatta Bulgari, it had the gold and vines that was not overwhelming, it's very pretty. We were able to choose a countertop for our island, but it was stored in the back and covered in plastic. Even when it was pulled out slightly, we didn't get a full, close-up view. In hindsight, I wish they had used a lift to bring it out into better lighting, like outside, so we could properly inspect it. After installation, we noticed several manufacturing imperfections that weren't visible at the time, along with a small cracked area that I didn't know about and our contractor didn't communicate during pickup. Overall, the selection and convenience were great, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting materials in proper lighting before finalizing your choice.
