My rating is actually a -5!!! My daughter purchased $10k for new stone counter tops. The…read moreinstallation was done so incredibly horrific, it is still shocking!!. We chose this company to keep our money local and support local business. This company brought in the stone and then used a few globs of silicone and a couple of wedges to support an 8 foot slab of stone. So basically the stone was floating on a couple of globs of silicone. Any weight on this countertop its going to crack... after several emails exchanged they never acknowledged thenvery poor woekmanship, only making excuses. Ignored concerns, would not acknowledge thw poor woekanshil and sent "contractors" that use jargan and completely disrespected my daughter dismissing her concerns. There solution was they'd rip out everything and kiss their ass. So basically, they are okay with BELOW STANDAED work and told my daughter just to pay up. They refuse to do the job PROFESSIONAL job AND have ZERO INTEGRITY. I DONT CARE HOW LONG YOUVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, A HALF ASS JOB IS A HALF ASS JOB!! And half ass is being kind!!!! I guarantee if the OWNER saw this installation he would be embarrassed, or i hope he would be!! I STRONGLY ENOURAGE anyone considering this company for a job - DON'T!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company has gotten arrogant and cares more about $$$ than quality work. And if you are a woman and a minority, chances are, they are going to screw you over believing you wont have the courage to push back.

They deserve 0 stars. Terrible experience with this company and Milgard Windows. We remodeled our…read moreentire house, which consisted of all windows being replaced. They never came and measured the actual windows, instead relying strictly on a set of plans provided by the contractor. This resulted in several windows not fitting after they were made. Visalia Window also installed several of them incorrectly, so they would not open and close properly, and they have still never fixed those issues after 4 years of trying. A sliding glass door was installed improperly and they ignored our requests to address the issues until after stucco work was completed and it had to be completely ripped out and replaced. Then they damaged the replacement during installation and refused to provide any additional assistance. Another sliding glass door has a screen that won't roll properly and always comes off, so we can't even use it. They were paid $55,000 and swore they would do everything to fix all of the issues because they had a reputation to uphold, but they do not care about the customer after they take your money. They do not return phone calls or do anything for you once they are paid. Milgard Window Company is just as bad and do not honor warranties or provide any follow up assistance with poor quality installation of their inferior products. Be warned and go with another company.

Our contractors in Stanislaus County suggested Bedrosians for the remodel of our new surround tile and floor tile before g the new wood stove. In the showroom there was a beautiful corner wall fireplace on display made of very similar tile that I imagined I wanted. I brought pictures of my old setup and pictures of the Pinterest concept we had in mind. I believe it was Abel who I first talked to and he was fun and so helpful. I wanted the same exact tile on display but it was out of stock and we had a deadline. My second choice was also out of stock. Christine worked to find a next comparable choice and I loved it. She provided a significant price adjustment and got the order placed. Fast forward... our fireplace was done and we had a significant amount of 12x12s left and some ledger tile. With a restocking fee Christine and Fabian took the returns. Thank you for this... had no idea what I would do with the surplus. We appreciate Bedrosians and the ease in which we worked together. Awesome Customer Service and lovely tile. Thank you! Our mantel came from another provider: http://magrahearth.com/mortise-barn-beam-series Christine was excited to hear about our mantel product which is a poured concrete and with California's fires better to have a non-wood product.

The two employees working were blatantly rude, ignored customers, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued patrons. A friendly greeting or simple acknowledgment goes a long way, but instead we were met with poor attitudes and a lack of basic courtesy. Great customer service is just as important as the products or services a business offers, and sadly this experience fell far short of that. I genuinely hope management addresses. I'd much rather support a local business than a large chain, but respectful customer service is the minimum customers should expect.
