The employee must have been new because he kept having to ask for help. Finally another employee by the name of Trae showed up and took over and everything went smoothly and I was happy with my service. The other employee could not figure out anything. He needs serious training or needs to be in another line of work.

We were greeted as soon as we pulled up and only waited behind another services vehicle for only a few minutes and then were guided in for our turn. The staff were very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Our mechanics name was Chris, and he made sure everything in the car was in good standing. Which is grateful appreciated since we want to make sure our daughter's car is safe to drive and good to go. We were in and out in about 10 minutes, and it was a full service experience for sure!
