Called WCC and they came out within 30 minutes, worked on it for a while and it wasn't fixable, and so they didn't charge me. I got a new faucet (the old one was a cheap piece of sh!t) and called up WCC again. They came out the next day and replaced the whole thing in under an hour. Did a nice job and it only cost $95. They don't mess around. They just get the job done and get you back in business. What's not to love about that?! * * * (12/16/2019) - Had another job for Will and crew. A leaky shower. Lots of muscle and elbow grease went into this one, but they got it put together and running WAY better than before. I didn't realize how tough the handle had been to turn all these years! Plus, they cleared a head's worth of hair out of the drain while they were at it. Fast and professional as usual!

I sent a message out and Will responded very quickly. There was no problem scheduling him to come out and fix the problem. He went above and beyond and fixed another one that he found as well. He was on time and her caregiver told me that he was very clean in doing his job. He kept me updated all the way through the process. I appreciate that more than anything. Like I said I do not live close by so it's hard to keep an eye on things. I would highly recommend him if you need any plumbing issues fixed. Also, I thought his price was very fair considering the work that he performed. Thanks again Will. I will definitely use you in the future if need be.

First, let me say that the plumber himself is a nice guy and efficient. His wife/bookkeeper,…read morehowever, is rude and difficult to work with. We had a problem with our On-line Banking Bill Pay service. We issued payment of $102.00 3 times. Each time the check was never received. It turned out that the mailing address was incorrect on the Bank service (even though it looked correct on the bill pay interface screen our bookkeeper saw). We have not had this experience with our Bank Bill Pay Service before (we even had two successful payment to Allied previous to this specific payment ???) We explained the problem to the bookkeeper all throughout the process and updated her every step of the way. We have an EXCELLENT credit rating and this is not normal for our company to be late on a payment. The Bookkeeper made such a big deal about this error and was rude on the phone and in person in this regards. She was so rude in fact, that we will never use their services again. It is too bad for them as we have multiple sites and some of our facilities are older and need constant small plumbing fixes. It could have been very lucrative for them. If you want to be treated with disrespect.....give them a call!

The guys showed up right on time, as agreed, and were friendly. I showed them what needed to be done and/or fixed and they wasted no time and got right to work. My smart switch that i though went bad was actually good, it was just wired incorrectly which was my fault. They saved me from having to buy a new switch. The other 2 outlets were swapped out without issue, and they even checked another switch to ensure it wasn't wired incorrectly as well. Great service, job done, price is right. Will call Rodriquez Electric from now on for all my electrical needs.

Mechanic was great, he took a look at my fans and fixed a poor connection to my outdoor ring light and was able to diagnose my ceiling fan issue. However, the entire purpose of getting a diagnosis and a quote was so I can send this information as PROOF out to my electric company to get reimbursed for the electrical fuse damage. I've called multiple times since then to ask if they can send me the quote I had originally requested and a break down of expenses. They're now ignoring my calls and have NOT responded to ANY of my voicemails. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn't think I was asking for much for this particular company to send me an email of the break down of expenses and promised quote to get fans fixed. Now I have to spend the extra $$ to get someone else to come out (from a more professional company of course) and do the entire process over again over a SIMPLE EMAIL.
