Contacted Rick to have a satellite internet dish taken down - finally have cable internet (yeah!!)…read more Rick was prompt (even arrived earlier than scheduled), courteous and extremely professional. He worked with me last week to match our schedules to get the job done at a mutually convenient day and time. The dish, and corresponding support structures were a much bigger job than either of us had anticipated, but much to our appreciation he did not give up, but thought outside the box and still got the job done in an hour. He is trained as an electrician and we will certainly be availing ourselves of his services in the very near future. Great job, thanks Rick!

Communication at the start was solid, and they came out to assess the project and review the setup. There were a couple of scheduling changes along the way, and at one point communication dropped off, which created some uncertainty on timing. That said, they ultimately came through and completed the shed, and the final result turned out great. I'd recommend them for the quality of work, but I do think there's an opportunity to improve consistency with scheduling and communication. If that piece gets tightened up, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

When we had the patio constructed we had them stamp a pattern and apply permanent staining. Demoing any of the patio would leave it unsightly. I called John (plumber license 978173) who was a completely unknown company for me but I was desperate. He arrived within the hour. Said he could replace the entire pipe and not have to demo any of the patio. The price he quoted was also far lower than my usual plumber was quoting. I had John do the work and I am thrilled with the results. As he promised, he did not demo any of the patio. He was even able to run the replacement pipe under the sidewalk without having to demo any of that either. I have since found that he is a very good handyman. I have called him for several other jobs and have always been happy with the results and price.

He is a great communicator and completed everything ahead of schedule! I also appreciate his willingness to wear a mask during Covid. The house is older and needed wallpaper removal (that was decades old) and some minor patchwork and cabinet painting along with all the walls and ceilings. It was a big job but they did such quality work! The cabinet painting alone was done with such care- they removed all the doors and hardware and put it all back- none of this painting around the hinges nonsense- really top notch work! They also matched my paint samples perfectly. I can't recommend them enough!
