The dish, and corresponding support structures were a much bigger job than either of us had anticipated, but much to our appreciation he did not give up, but thought outside the box and still got the job done in an hour. I needed a water heater repaired and contacted Rick. He immediately answered the phone in a respectful and professional manner. I explained the problem with the water heater to him and he gave me a fair quote. He then offered to drive from out of town to take a look at it. I wasn't available that day, so we scheduled an appointment for the following day. Mind you, his day was already booked, but he managed to squeeze me in anyway. We had two electrical problems that he fixed: a flickering light which he fixed in a couple of minutes, and a fan whose chain had broken off. I bought an older house ( built in 1963 ) and have had nothing but problems with the electrical in my back rooms and kitchen. I called Rick and he came out and inspected the situation first then gave me a quote for the job.... it seemed a little high but I don't know the first thing about electrical but he was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable, so I gave him the green light..... Turned out that the previous owner wired the 3 back rooms, bathroom, patio and kitchen all on 1 circuit. Rick said he was able to turn the 1 circuit into 4 circuits by running wire to my panel... and he did just that.
