We picked out our carpet. A couple days later the estimator came by took measurements and gave us our quote and answered any questions we had. It was a week from the time we picked out our capet to installation. The install crew was very courteous and friendly. Did a great job. 6 hours from the time they arrived to the time they left. They went a little above and beyond as far as moving furniture and things as I had been suffering from a back injury so was very limited in what I could do and prepare. That was a nice touch of customer care. We ran into a couple issues which Thompson's solved quickly with no hesitation. Being we live so far from the store I figured we'd get hit with extra install fees due to distance and travel time. We were not. Being so far away our deposit was taken over the phone and final payment was made a few days after install since it was the day before a holiday weekend which saved us a tremendous amount of time. Very pleased with the whole process and transaction. Our cost was well within range of other vendors and acceptable. Couldn't have asked for anything more during the whole process.
