I utilized Xtreme Carpet and Floor Care after my cousin shared a video on Facebook of Mike shampooing his carpets. They looked soo good that I hired him to clean mine before my newborn arrived. Mikes work and proper knowledge of carpet cleaning was refreshing and he explained the process he uses that makes his work speak for itself. "Actually shampooing the carpet." 3 weeks later my carpet still looks great, no spotting nor have the few stains it had, resurfaced. There was no musky smell after he was done and it dried within 4-5 hours. I highly recommend Mike as he is a friendly professional who takes great pride in his work and attention to detail. We have been in our home for the past 4 year. Majority of the house is in carpet and the high walking areas are also carpet. We have two small children and a 10-year-old who will make their way into the living room with food and drinks. We also have a small dog who occasionally comes in to rest. I was moving out of my rental and needed to clean the carpets before I moved out. I have had rental companies charge ridiculous amounts to clean the carpet leaving me with little or no deposit. I called around and Mike got back to me the very same day. He was so kind and professional. He was not an owner that sat behind the desk. He came over the next day to check out the carpets and gave me expectations. He gave me a great quote on a 3 bed room house that was all carpet except for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
