Santiago does a walk-through with you and is extremely thorough. Very personal and friendly. Upon arrival, you will have a clear understanding of what time to expect everyone which is always nice. The ladies are quick and efficient. Very thorough and get all the nooks and crannies you typically miss. And trust me, as an avid cleaner, they got every single thing! From light fixtures, two corners, two completely fixing my kitchen light that fell lol, Santiago and the team were amazing. Worth every penny and more. They come in with all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Everything is clean and sanitary! I highly recommend this company above any other in the central valley! For contacts, I have a 14 75 ft.² home, 3 x 2. They arrived at 8:15am on the dot. This was my first session so, of course, a deep cleaning was necessary! I appreciate it

W live about an hour from the store in the mountains. We were greeted with a friendly and courteous staff. We explained our situation and needs. There was no high pressure sales at all. We picked out our carpet. A couple days later the estimator came by took measurements and gave us our quote and answered any questions we had. It was a week from the time we picked out our capet to installation. The install crew was very courteous and friendly. Did a great job. 6 hours from the time they arrived to the time they left. They went a little above and beyond as far as moving furniture and things as I had been suffering from a back injury so was very limited in what I could do and prepare. That was a nice touch of customer care. We ran into a couple issues which Thompson's solved quickly with no hesitation. Being we live so far from the store I figured we'd get hit with extra install fees due to distance and travel time. We were not. Being so far away our deposit was taken over the phone and final payment was made a few days after install since it was the day before a holiday weekend which saved us a tremendous amount of time. Very pleased with the whole process and transaction. Our cost was well within range of other vendors and acceptable. Couldn't have asked for anything more during the whole process. We're happy with our choice and would recommend Thompson's to anyone for their flooring needs.

My recent connection with The Cleaning Queen, Reyna, here on Yelp, has been life changing. I cannot recommend Reyna and her team with greater words than that, "Life Changing." She is slowly giving me my life back by helping me clean, sort, and unpack years worth of boxing and moving and collecting. She came into my ranch house that is over 2k square feet of my life in piles and boxes. She came without judgment and with total control of the situation. She has been so professional and organized, with an amazing vision and just pure hard work. I'd say she has a wand because she works MAGIC! But I have seen her working harder than I could manage and I cannot put into words how much I appreciate all the hard work and dedication. We are only a few days into working together and I already feel an amazing change in the progress they have made on helping me make this great big mess an actual living space that I am proud to call home. So many Thank Yous and Blessing to Reyna and her team! I look forward to our next appointment!!

It was already in my garage, no dragging through the house necessary. I live in central Visalia, not the back of beyond, mere blocks from the city's corporation yard. I mean, other than free money, it just doesn't get much easier and faster than this. I sent out a job query here on Yelp. Several junk haulers/cleanout specialists got back to me. One could do the job for $75. ?????? No, thanks! Another could do it for $50. Ditto. A third couldn't get to it for a couple of weeks or more. Guys, if you don't want my job, if it's a waste of your time, if you can't milk me for more money, if it's beneath you, simply say, "Sorry, I'm not available." Your little tricks just piss me off and I will never, EVER contact you again, job small or large. Well, the Ninjas recognized that I simply had a job that needed to be done and that they could do it. They priced it at $25, and they could do it the same afternoon. You're hired! They communicated well, they showed up as promised, and they quickly and efficiently hauled the mattress out of my garage and deposited it onto their trailer. They secured the load properly, they waved cheerfully, and they were gone. LopezNinjas are at the top of my list next time I have a cleanout job--small or large.
