He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job. So thanks so much Gerardo for working us into your schedule and leaving the home in such great condition. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They were hired to do a move out cleaning and did an absolutely horrible job. The toilets were not cleaned, the floors not mopped, blinds still dirty, cabinets were not wiped, the bathtub still moldy with their cleaning spray left on it. I was not at home at the time of the cleaning so couldn't inspect the work before I paid them - big mistake! I contacted the company multiple times and even sent pictures with zero response. She was very responsive until after the payment. Avoid this company at all costs! All of this that you are now mentioning after the fact was never communicated during the cleaning. All of this would have been fine had you just communicated with me. Your lack of responses to my messages was unprofessional, especially when I sent them multiple times. Tried calling, phone doesn't work. Tried messaging, you don't respond. Very frustrating and very unprofessional.
