We got carpets cleaned for a friend of ours in the Clovis area. Julio was quick to respond. We needed same day service (which is kind of unreasonable on our part) BUT he was able to fit us in his busy schedule. We had great communication. We were not at the location and he kept us up to speed as to his ETA so we were able to meet him there timely. He and his team were efficient and thorough. They took their time and did a great job. We asked a lot of questions and he listened carefully and responded. He is knowledgeable in best practices and gave us some advice for carpet maintenance. I had an home inspection and like anyone that has ever had one it can be stressful. Julio (the owner) was always in immediate contact with me and explained everything so well. His prices was very reasonable and he worked with my tight frame to squeeze an appointment for me. He even made a trip to Fresno and come back to take out a stubborn stain on his day off. Awesome service and very professional. I called Julio to get a quote. He gave me an estimate I couldn't refuse and I didn't need to call anyone else. I asked him when he was available and he said he could be at my house in 15 minutes. He showed up as he stated. When he was here I asked him to add a room and again he gave me a cheap estimate.
