Vlad does an excellent job! They are no longer offering the home cleaning services that I mentioned in my last review, but Vlad's still cleaning carpets with the same hot water extraction machine. No smelly chemicals, and it dries really fast. It's quick and simple. My husband booked Vlad in while I was out of town recently to clean the carpets throughout the house. The carpets were visibly cleaner when I got home. He's great at getting out the really stubborn stains and takes care to make sure that all the high traffic areas are as clean as the low traffic ones. Vlad was quick to respond and his timings were right, so there was no waiting around. He's very reliable. We'll definitely continue to use AEA's services regularly. read more

Did a great job. The online scheduling was very easy and helpful to not have to call and get pricing.

I've used AEA three maybe more times since the first review. Still good at what he does and he's conscientious about how he does it. He's my go to carpet cleaner. read more

AEA continues to be the best carpet company out there. We waited longer than usual to have them back and our carpets were scary dirty. Vlad came and as usual did an amazing job! Our carpets have never been this clean. They even did half of our living room and showed the difference. Yikes! read more

Vladimir was great to work with. He came on time and did extra work for the same amount of money. He is very professional and friendly.

We had them come to specifically clean a room and hallway where our new dog has had accidents while she is potty training. The spots and smell did not dissipate in the least, so first, it was a waste of money. Worse than that, they damaged our hardwood floor with two scratches and left a puddle of water on it. I emailed the next day when I saw the scratches and explained that their cleaning did not seem to do anything and I sent them the photos of the scratches. They have never responded to me at all. They have completely ignored me. I cannot recommend them at all. They did not deliver a clean floor and they failed to even respond to my messages after they damaged our floor. Horrible experience and poor customer service. I see that you responded and are denying having received an email from me regarding this. Either you don't pay close attention to your inbox as you say, or you just didn't care until I posted my review. Either way, poor customer service, and all it looks like now is that you didn't bother to respond until the review was posted. Too little too late and I don't appreciate being accused of lying. I've attached a pic of the email I sent. read more

Before and afters says it all. I tried different carpet cleaners and your store bought shampooer. And they do some of the job. But never could I take out old dirt, coffee stains, or my husband's oil that he collects from work. I held off getting this done for over a year, and after today I wished I would of done this much sooner! Thank you so much for doing a amazing job! read more

Called and talked to Ivan about a rug that had been stored improperly so we had dye that ran, mold growing and this was my last ditch effort to save it. I sent pictures and he said he would try his best but couldn't guarantee anything which I appreciate because I could set my expectation appropriately. He showed up on time, did the work my my driveway, and vastly improved the rug from where it was. Would recommend. read more

I've been using AEA Carpet Cleaning for over a few years now (shame on me for not reviewing sooner!) and I've had every service done: tile and grout, carpet, and house cleaning. Vlad is a hardworking honest businessman and I'm never unsatisfied with his work, detail, efficiency, and effort to schedule me in a timely manner. He's kind, patient, offers answers to any questions I have, reliable, prompt in reply, and more importantly he's honorable. I'd highly recommend his services and have shared his business with people I know. It takes a huge amount of work to run a small business and it's important to support, be kind, and gracious to the ones we have. read more

I started to give this company a 5 star rating because they came quickly and (I thought) did a stellar job. I wanted my small condo cleaned from top to bottom. Vlad quoted me $200 for a one bedroom, one bath. A team of anywhere from 3-5 people came to work on it, and stayed most of the morning to get it done. I even noticed they were cleaning the vents, which is spectacular. The owner, Vlad, steamed my tiles and made a 100% improvement on them, but he said "the ladies will finish the edges." You could tell that he was not able to get very close to the walls. The areas he did were crystal clean, but the edges were still noticeably black. So, when they told me they were done, I did a very thorough check. I noticed a lot of places they missed. Greasy light fixtures that they said they cleaned, but I was able to rub it off with my finger. The edges of the tile had not improved since Vlad left. One of the windows had not been cleaned from the outside because they didn't want to remove a screen. Anyway, they did the touch ups that I noticed at the time, except the tile, and were on their way. However, as I was moving the fridge for the painters to come in, I noticed they did not bother to clean the top of it. It was so gross. Plus, they did not clean the top of any of the light fixtures; also caked with grime. So I wound up cleaning even more after they left. I'll give them a 5 for customer service; Vlad was very good about responding quickly and getting me scheduled the next day when I was in a rush to get it done. And, when he found out I wasn't 100% satisfied, he did everything he could to make sure that I would be happy, in the end. I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning need, especially tile. If I need my condo cleaned again, I will definitely give AEA a call. read more

This review is for the house cleaning service. We have AEA come every other week for house cleaning. So, here's my official review.. The two ladies that clean my house make my heart so happy. They come in with smiles, and even tolerate my toddlers unending questions when they arrive. I hope they know how appreciative I am for their help. I know we pay for the service, but I truly feel these two women go above and beyond. Two weeks ago I was very sick and couldn't do very much housework. When I got home after the team was finished cleaning I literally cried. Thank you so so much for blessing my home, and my family. Your hard work is much appreciated! read more

Don't call this company! I repeat, do NOT call this company. I called in the morning and nobody answers my call. Then they call me just now (it's already afternoon) and when I asked who were they since I called so many numbers since morning, and suddenly they hung up at me. I called them back so many times but they did not answer. I can't believe how they have customers if this is how they started a business. Wow. Probably they are the one who wrote all these positive reviews. Edited to add: Look how they responded, they said they didn't hang up on me. I am a busy person and I did take my time to put a review based on my experience. Again, save your time and find other company who deserve your business unlike this one! read more

Have used them twice. Highly recommend. Great job at great price! Immediate response. Very reliable and professional!

UPDATE: I just had them come clean my trashed carpets at the house I was renting. They were really bad! Jerry came and went right to work. I got a text from Vlad the owner that he was done. But Vlad was concerned, they were not able to get everything perfect. I showed up with an apprehensive and scared feeling of the result. THEY WERE PERFECT!!! AMAZING!! I was blown away by the quality and the speed in which, Jerry, got the job done!!! I will use them, time and time again.!!! I had them come in and clean my new house. I stayed there while they did and caught up on work. The ladies were professional, polite and very through with their cleaning process. I had to leave early to a lunch meeting and asked if they could exit through the pedestrian gate and lock the bottom lock. They did everything, I asked. The shower nozzle broke off, while they were cleaning and they even came and told me what happened. I've had some house cleaners that have broke thing, but never admitted. I respect honest, open communication, when it comes to things like that. If something happens and I am notified, I'm the kind of person who does not get upset. I decided since they did such a great job, I will keep them as my permanent house keepers. T read more

Chose this business for apartment move out cleaning and carpet cleaning in Sept. 2020 (sorry for the late review). Searched Yelp and they had the best reviews. So glad I chose this company. I was originally quoted an estimated total of $525 for both services. Because the move out cleaning was done in less time than the estimated time given, my total was less than that. The cleaners did very well because it looked like when we had moved in. The carpet cleaning was immaculate! Carpets literally looked brand new. I'm very satisfied with this company, their communication, and the price. read more

The service was great. I am a Realtor and had hired AEA to clean a vacant house that I represented the buyer on. Unfortunately, we did not close escrow on schedule and the seller would not allow the cleaning to take place. I was not notified of the change of mind by the seller until 8:30 p.m. the night before our 9 a.m. appointment! Now, what? I called AEA and, to my surprise, Vlad answered the phone. I told him what happened and asked if his team would come clean my house at the scheduled time instead. "Of course." The team showed up and were pleasant, efficient and, in three hours, I had a sparkling clean house. Will definitely use for my own home and clients homes! read more

As the owner of rental properties that periodically become vacant, total cleanliness is essential to attract quality tenants. Previous companies charged a mint and their work was substandard. FINALLY I found AEA Carpet Cleaning. This company is a dream come true. Vladamir transformed filthy 15 year old berber bedroom carpets to near new condition! He THOUROUGHLY vacuums, uses all the proper pre-cleansing solutions, and brings the latest state of the art truck mounted equipment. Wow! Amazing results from a very positive and energetic young man who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this company. I spoke to Vladimir by phone in regards to our brand new couch, which our dog vomited on. I sent him pictures through text and he was able to quote me a price. Vlad was very knowledge about couch material and what he could or couldn't do on my faux leather couch. Luckily his urine treatment removed the smells on the couch and didn't damage the material. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Vlad did such an amazing job on my carpets. I just bought my home and I for sure thought I was going to have to replace all of the upstair bedroom carpet as the previous owner had a pet and the smell and stains were horrible! I wanted to have someone come out and verify that the carpets were not salvage able so I could get an estimate on new carpet but no one would come out do to COVID-19. But Vlad not only came out the next day, after I called to do an estimate. He gave me a great deal and told me he could save my carpet and would fit me in the same week. He just finish my carpets and they look practically new and it smells amazing! I wish I had before pictures as it is unbelievable how much of a difference it is. Thank you Vlad you really did a fabulous job! read more

We bought our house brand new 3 years ago and it was time to give it a good touch up. We had grout, carpet, and couch's cleaned. Everything was left very clean & bright. The only downside was Carpet's took all day to air dry but it was worth it because they were noticeably cleaner. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I went off of how many reviews and stars this business had here on yelp and it's best not to go off of that for sure. It was my first time using yelp at the time I was looking for carpet, tile, and house cleaning services. The owner sent 2 staff members the first hour, followed by 2 more the second hour, to constantly calling his staff to rush them through the service I paid for to clean our new home prior to moving in. Two days later he sent someone else to clean our tile to only ruin our baseboards. The owner here also recommended Bill for window cleaning whom also did an awful job. If I could rate zero stars I would. Beware and I would spend the extra cash for better service in the future. read more
