My boyfriend hired this company to come clean our marble floors in our home. Besides them showing up late, requesting payment before we were able to see the results, leaving and coming back half way in between the job because their machine broke, they did not clean our floors at all. My boyfriend and I saw when the solution was poured down and the before and after look no different. There was still dirt and grime on the floor. We payed them via Zelle transfer and had to contact our bank to explain that the company is fraudulent and didn't provide us with the service they promised. I have really mixed feelings about writing this review.... The scheduling was quick and easy and they called ahead to let us know if they were on the way and/or if going to be late for any reason. This was good. I also feel that both of the guys doing the cleaning were super nice, very informative, and honestly did put a lot of effort into their cleaning. However, that said, there are still several areas of carpet that look pretty bad and my tile grout looks awful. I did pay over $600 to have our carpet and floor tiles cleaned and having to spend my Saturday afterwards on my knees doing so much scrubbing has been extremely disappointing to me. My mother called a few days later to ask for their name and number and, and I honestly didn't feel good enough about the work to pass on their information. read more

Mark came to our house 3 hours late to our appointment(10pm) and requested payment before he was finished. Because he was a "friend" i agreed. He has yet to return to fix his work and does not call or return texts... terrible experience and I hope that this business fails. read more

Very unprofessional. Made the appointment three weeks in advance. No show! Had the appointment written down for the wrong day. Cost me a full day of work. Waste of time to have moved our furniture etc. No apology given or effort to make it right. This company needs someone to run the office/scheduling. Carpet repair for a hole in the middle of the bedroom... Fortunately, I had a scrap piece of carpet for the repair (I honestly don't what the course of action would have been if I didn't have it). Mark came in and took care of the job in no time. I cannot even tell where the original hole in the carpet was. Mark arrived a bit late from the original time but he did communicate with me during the day to let me know (which clients like but do not always get). I know work jobs can run long, so I appreciate the communication and letting me know he would be a bit behind schedule. I have some thresholds that need to have the carpet tacked and tucked. I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I called. Communication regarding arrival time was great and accurate. I had a two hour window for arrival, so I was able to plan accordingly. Mark and his partner were very friendly and professional. The best part was that they were so quick and efficient - they cleaned a living room, dining room, hallway and bedroom in about an hour, just as he estimated. I appreciated the help moving some furniture around the room - really above and beyond! I have very light beige carpet and it turned out looking better than I expected. Mark worked hard on the high traffic areas. I like that there wasn't any odor or chemical smell to the products. Mark even gave me some tips about not using the spray/foam cleaners, which leave residue on the carpet, and instead spot cleaning with a simple mix of vinegar and hot water. I have used America's Carpet Guy on several occasions. This last time I had them come out to clean up some carpets on a rental we own thinking there was no way they could salvage it. We had our carpets cleaned by these guys. They cleaned two rooms and a hallway and charged us $90.00 which I thought would be a good price. They were very prompt on their arrival. When they finished cleaning the carpets my husband pointed out that there were two parts of the carpet that were still dirty. One of the men said it would go away when it dried and for us to call them if any problems. When the carpets dried the stains were still there. We called about six times and left messages for them to call us back about the stains. I also left them a message on their website. No one ever had the courtesy to call us back! It has been two weeks now with no return call and we cannot reach them by phone. Only an answering machine. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service. It does not take much to call someone back. They just took the money and ran! read more

Zero stars. I had a rug that got stained by a table I bought and the table company offered to pay for the cleaning so I asked Mark from America's Carpet Guy to clean it and he said no problem & he picked it up. Within a few days he told me that it was cleaned, so I requested an invoice that way I could submit it and ACG could be paid by the company but I never got it. Months later, after continually asking for the rug and or an invoice, I finally get a response saying that at some point the rug had been damaged by rain & "probably had been thrown out." Mark told me he would issue me a check for the price of the rug since he no longer had it. I have been asking for the check for about 6 months now and I continue to be ignored. I'm not sure how ACG conducts business with others but I would not recommend this company based on my experience. read more

Awesome service!! Booked my appointment at the last minute and was able to get in sooner than I had expected. With 2 kids, a dog and a cat our carpets were pretty thrashed but these guys were able to make it look like new again! I called a few carpet cleaning companies on a Saturday around noon to try to get someone to come out that day or on Sunday. The other companies didn't answer but these guys did. Initially the secretary said that she didn't have any appointments available until Monday so I said I would call another company as I really needed it done. She told me to hold on and then said we can have someone out there in an hour. Mark showed up a little after the hour but was ready to work. He did a great job and was very courteous and professional. He charged me just as he quoted over the phone and even did an area rug for me and didn't charge me. I called expecting to leave a message as it was 3 in the morning but I'm moving and trying to get everything done as soon as possible and figured I would get a phone call first thing when they opened up shop. I left a brief message about my inquiry of a carpet cleaning for the place a recently moved into. I recieved a phone call back one minute later from a rude gentlemen explaing that it was nearly 4 in the morning. I obviously knew this and due to the fact that I left a message pertaining to my call, did not expect a response at this time nor the attitude.
