Gerardo & his mom (sorry I forgot her name) did an excellent job doing a deep clean on an Airbnb house that my family & I had been renting for 15 months. I sent out a project inquiry. Trying to find somebody to do a deep cleaning through Yelp and Gerardo was one of the first to respond. You were super friendly. Was very thorough in his responses and gave me a price estimate based on our square footage which was very fair for the market and the responses we received. He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job. We recently had a new baby so doing the deep cleaning on our own would have been a task to accomplish with my wife and her doctorate program. I would give a 0 if it was available. Made a 9am appointment2 weeks ahead. Day before appointment I got a reminder call for a 9 to 11 "window ". I asked what was a window. I was told that I'd get a call between 9 to 11 when my tech would be here within 30 minutes. After 11am I called the business that I hadn't received a call. Excuses. Cancelled . I needed to have some deep cleaning done at a warehouse bathroom and storefront before the new tenant moved in. After using Yelp to get multiple quotes, I decided on Cost Less Cleaning. They were able to accommodate my schedule and had good pricing. The next morning two ladies arrived and began cleaning. After two hours of scrubbing, they wanted me to look at the work and see if there was anything else that I needed. They did a fantastic job. In fact, it was so sparkling clean, I had Alma come by to my space and clean the 2 bathrooms, office, and storefront. They are prompt, do great work, and price the work fairly. If you're looking to have respectful, hardworking, and detail oriented individuals clean your house at an affordable price, this is the company to call! I have always done all the cleaning by myself, so I wasn't sure how this was going to go. When I made a reservation, I didn't think they would be willing to come to my house when we weren't home since I have a large dog- who to some, might look intimidating. To my surprise, they were totally flexible! We have a camera that just faces our front door.
