Gerardo & his mom (sorry I forgot her name) did an excellent job doing a deep clean on an Airbnb house that my family & I had been renting for 15 months. I sent out a project inquiry. Trying to find somebody to do a deep cleaning through Yelp and Gerardo was one of the first to respond. You were super friendly. Was very thorough in his responses and gave me a price estimate based on our square footage which was very fair for the market and the responses we received. He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job. We recently had a new baby so doing the deep cleaning on our own would have been a task to accomplish with my wife and her doctorate program. So thanks so much Gerardo for working us into your schedule and leaving the home in such great condition. I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

This is my first time booking a service through Yelp, let alone writing a review. Cost Less Cleaning was so great that I feel compelled to add to the reviews. Alma and her team were wonderful. Alma quickly responded with a quote and availability. We are looking to sell our home and need to make our home shine. Her team arrived on time and worked extensively and efficiently. The ladies were very sweet and conscientious. Finally, Alma helped us by adding Venmo for our payment. I would highly recommend this business and plan on using their services in the future. read more

I would give a 0 if it was available. Made a 9am appointment2 weeks ahead. Day before appointment I got a reminder call for a 9 to 11 "window ". I asked what was a window. I was told that I'd get a call between 9 to 11 when my tech would be here within 30 minutes. After 11am I called the business that I hadn't received a call. Excuses. Cancelled . No way to run a business! read more

They did a wonderful job with our home! It looks like it has never been lived in! We asked for the deep cleaning and they even put in extra hours to make sure the house was detailed and ready for new tenants to move in! read more

I called and left a message with no return call and I sent the message through Yelp with no response. I guess they are too busy.

I needed to have some deep cleaning done at a warehouse bathroom and storefront before the new tenant moved in. After using Yelp to get multiple quotes, I decided on Cost Less Cleaning. They were able to accommodate my schedule and had good pricing. The next morning two ladies arrived and began cleaning. After two hours of scrubbing, they wanted me to look at the work and see if there was anything else that I needed. They did a fantastic job. In fact, it was so sparkling clean, I had Alma come by to my space and clean the 2 bathrooms, office, and storefront. They are prompt, do great work, and price the work fairly. I highly recommend and will be using them in the future. Truly a 5 star experience. read more

They never showed up for my house cleaning appointment! Never responded to my messages. Not happy.

If you're looking to have respectful, hardworking, and detail oriented individuals clean your house at an affordable price, this is the company to call! I have always done all the cleaning by myself, so I wasn't sure how this was going to go. When I made a reservation, I didn't think they would be willing to come to my house when we weren't home since I have a large dog- who to some, might look intimidating. To my surprise, they were totally flexible! We have a camera that just faces our front door. I kept an eye on it JUST to make sure my dog behaved himself, and I couldn't believe how sweet they were to my dog when they walked in. I highly recommend this business! read more

Alma is amazing! She is so sweet and great with my pets. I was a bit hesitant because I had to leave the house for a meeting, but she was wonderful and locked up for me and left the keys in a safe place. I came home to a spotless house. Also, her prices are AMAZING and I've already booked her for next month. read more

I have been using Alma and her team as my weekly housekeeping service for about a year now and I absolutely love the service they provide to me and my home. I have 4 kids as my house tends to get pretty bad but each and every week they go above and beyond my expectations to make sure my house is clean and looking like new again! I leave my home while they work often with no worries. I have no complaints and recommend this company for deep cleaning as well as recurring service read more

We had a deep cleaning today and my house is beautiful! I am so happy and can't wait to have our biweekly cleanings scheduled.

First, I really appreciate swift Yelp responses! Alma is on top of her game. Quick to respond to my initial request and all my follow up questions. We negotiated a very reasonable price for a deep cleaning. Her team was on time. Professional. Cleaned up a disaster of a house. Sparkling. We had a slight hiccup when I did final inspection. Alma immediately made everything right. We're signing up for bimonthly cleaning. read more

Alma was quick to answer and get back to me in a timely matter. I was expecting to meet Alma at my door, for an estimate, then for the next day she would come and clean the house, but instead she sent two other ladies, which I was not told ahead of time. I accepted the cleaning on the same day. One of the ladies told me they work for Alma independently, which I did not quite got that. Anyway, we got over the small details. Both ladies did a good job since it was the first time it takes time to know the ins and outs of a house. I text Alma after the two ladies left and expressed that I was pleased and requested them for next month. Still waiting for Alma to text me back with availability. Nothing is perfect but communication is the key to perfection and excellence. read more
