Requested bids to clean and refresh Multi Use Center not occupied for one year due to Pandemic. Contacted 4 janitorial services for walk through and bid. Three services sent representative to walk facility and present bids. All three were quick to survey building and left stating they would send a bid via email. Natalie, owner of Arroyo's Touch, walked the entire building with me, looked at corners, carpets, kitchen, restrooms, assembly room and vestibule. During walk through, Natalie described the process they would use to clean and sanitize each area of our building. She promised a clean, sanitized and refreshed interior. In addition, she presented her bid on site and was accepted after receiving other bids/proposals. We are truly pleased with the performance of Arroyo's Touch. Natalie, Arroyos Royal, has been cleaning my 2 bedroom, upstairs, downstairs, 2 bath townhouse for more years than I can remember. I can trust her to go into my house alone and lock up when she leaves. She's honest, reasonable w us seniors, hard working and just nice n easy to work with. Great communication n is willing to work w clients on scheduling. She pays plenty attention to my blinds as they r through out apt and get dusty. She uses great "green" products and always leaves my house smelling good n sparkling. Best thing is warm water steam/rinse n vac on all tile floors. Arroyo's Touch has been coming out to my employer's office in Kerman for the past 4 months. They've been very effective and efficient. Our office is small but still services our small staff and the clients that come in every week. Natalie & Joe make a point one step at a time and everything in an order. Base boards, blinds, dusting our cabinets, & corners in the ceilings are the extra but that they've been able to provide service too. They are both very sociable and polite. I have a small investment property near Fresno, which was vandalized. Several squatters trashed the place badly and damaged the interior, floors, and the HVAC system (mini-splits). Natalie was referred to me by my contractor. I was impressed by her professionalism and attention to my concerns. While my contractor was repairing the damages, she was thoroughly cleaning every corner of the house. She even cleaned inside and outside of the house including windows and window seals.
